The more you try to force it, the worse luck you will have. Do the activities you truly enjoy and hang out with the people you truly like and you will meet someone with compatible personality and interests. Ignore dating apps, all they will do is depress you.

Group activities are useful. If you lift, do a powerlifting meet in your area (even if you suck no one will notice.) You will have plenty to chat about with the women also competing that day and it will be way less fraught than attempting to strike up a conversation with a woman at the gym who doesn't know you. If you ride bikes, do some group rides with the same people and get to know them. Etc. It is way easier to chat and meet people in those settings without coming off as creepy and is also a lot less pressure.

Easy, three things - women are intensely vulnerable and feel it constantly, they only have a limited number of children in their life and they're usually making decisions, without admitting it, based off of your appearance.

So if you look lean and healthy - not necessarily large, which is a key point a lot of people seem to miss, it's all about bodyfat%, you'll discover women are suddenly friendlier, they'll DM you first and do weird shit to try to keep your attention.

The best you can be is strong and lean - followed by skinny and lean - followed by strong and normal.

That's it. Little else matters - your autistic nature will make them feel unsafe and they'll fuck off.

The thing which I have noticed is that it's very binary - if you are good, all women are interested - if not, no women are interested. Despite some professing some preference, none of them actually have these preferences.
