It is my understanding that Melinda Scott went on one of Nick Rekieta's livestreams. I cannot for the life of me find it. Does anyone have it?

She did. It was an earlier stream of Nick's and Melinda was in the stream chat doing her normal thing of calling people goy and saying wrong with no explanation. She was humiliated for maybe an hour but I don't have it off right now

She also called in once and Rekeita was unbelievably courteous to her, which caught her very off guard. It was hilarious. She's as poorly spoken in voice as she is in text.

I am really hoping for the clown world ending and the 4th circuit decides to call for Oral Arguments and brings Melinda in to actually try and explain herself. That shit gets recorded and an entire hour of senior judges grilling Melinda would be *chef kiss*.
It would suck for Null though as he would have to pay for Hardin to prep for the day and then actually do it. Alas or thankfully the odds of this happening are almost zero but it's a nice dream.
That said though this shit is so batshit we may actually see a precedential ruling come out of this. I imagine the judges are going to want to give some guidance to the lower courts on how to handle this sort of abuse of the legal system.

I was there for that stream. It was just a normal conversation. It was kind of like a conversation that two people face to face might have. Melinda wasn't being Melinda so much and Nick wasn't roasting her. He gave her advice that she politely declined and that was about it. The vitriol only comes out when the other person isn't present in the conversation. This is true on and off line.

I'd say once you know Mel's lore (her religious beliefs, how she understands some words, how she understands the law) it was easier to have a conversation with her than it is to have a conversation with Ash. Mel is deeply disturbed and malicious, Ash is deeply disturbed, malicious and incredibly dumb on top of that.
Her conduct on the forum was pretty much the same from the day she registered to the day she was banned.
