Imagine self-flagellating this much for acceptance from people you will never meet.

Something more historical for a change:

Ages before The Lappening, before the O&A sub discovered him Patrick already behaved like a complete cunt online.
"scratch-built master patterns for many successful resin kits"
At one point Patrick apparently made and sold a kit for the Tholian Web Spinner from Star Trek and that is the extent you can find of his model building prowess.
If he was such a hot shot modeller you'd think he'd document his work and build a portfolio at one point....
:lit: "earning awards at every level". his funniest trait is that he can't just be correct, he has to be the best ever. he isn't just in shape, he ran a whole marathon on a sprained ankle.
Welcome to the Tomlinson school of debating.

no muh states take away our rights! damn if only the USA had some kind of foundational document that defined what the government can't do.

Here's what happened when Pat's first wife told him she wanted to leave him:

1. Pat threatened to shoot her numerous times. Even after she moved out of the state his threats would not stop, causing her new boyfriend to drive across state lines and confront Pat.
2. Pat put a gun in his mouth and nearly shot himself.
3. Pat has never accepted that she stopped loving him, even to this day. In his own words - "She told me that she had never loved me, had never been attracted to me, didn’t respect me, and didn’t trust me. It was a lie, of course. A lie she continues to tell herself to this day"
4. Pat repeatedly refused any negotiation to keep his rights as a father, resulting in a paper abortion that baffled everyone involved, including the judge who signed off on it.

The parental rights thing is so bizarre to me. It's INCREDIBLY difficult to get the state to agree with someone giving up parental rights because if something happens to the parent with the child, the child becomes the ward of the state.

States intentionally make this difficult to save money. The other thing is they don't want the courts filled up with cases involving people that gave up parental rights and then later changed their minds. It's seen as such a drastic act that it's made incredibly difficult to do.

As a volunteer with the Veterans Administration, I have first hand seen situations where violent felons, serving long sentences, could not suspend parental rights, despite the person being in prison for doing horrific shit to their families, and both parents agreeing that it is what is best for the child.

It all comes down to the state demanding there is someone they can go after for child support, even if that person has zero chance to pay said child support.

It's no different that people having their kids placed in foster care. The stories you hear about CPS just grabbing kids in the middle of the night is bullshit. For them to act, a LOT of abuse is occuring and even then, the kids are going to a relative's household vice foster care, unless their is no extended family willing to take in the kid.

I really would love to know how he pulled this off. This is not something that just one of the parents can achieve on the fly, against the will of the other parent. It takes forever and it really rarely happens.

It's the whole reason why deadbeat parents exist and why you hear stories of abusive, destructive parents getting their kids back again and again.

There has to be so much more to this situation. And it's not enough that his ex-wife has a new partner either. That would not be sufficient justification for the court to agree to just suspending parental rights.

Not that I'm trying to defend eating McDonald's everyday, but this is coming from a guy whose diet consists of bar food washed down with copious amounts of alcohol.
He had a "Thanksgiving dinner" in a bar where they served a hamburger bun with nothing on it as a side. Checkmate atheists.

There is no doubt he had to have done such genuinely foul shit that they realized his child would be better off without him.
He forgot to tell people that his wife is in an open relationship.
She is but he isn't. Because nobody wants to fuck this repulsive asshole.

Sorry for butting in but I think you may be onto something. I'm not an expert on Tomlinson but is there 100% evidence that his daughgter was actually his? Maybe he is right when he says that he has never abandoned one of "his" children. Maybe the reason the judge could not rule that he had to abandon his daughter was because he was not her biological father. I don't know how cucked the US family courts are but would proof that he is not the father and the biological father stepping in absolve Tomlinson of taking care of her?

According to ONA and the people deep into the Patrickverse she's 100% his.
Which makes the divorce right after his ex-wife got pregnant and the termination of parental rights seem even more fishy. It's almost like you can catch glimpses of something beyond the obese doofus who obessively answers every text sent to him even if it comes from the ghost of Adolf Hitler.
This, his constant violent fantasies, the public humiliations of his wife while openly flirting with e-girls and trannies and a bunch of other things and it wouldn't suprise me if one day the FBI is going to roll up at the half-hovel and dig up the corpses of 10 underage runaways raped and murdered by the Ripper of Wisconsin.

Hack the Ripper.

and yes, i've seen a photo of his daughter and there is a very unfortunate resemblance to Fatrick

I think I vaguely remember Jon saying how the legal process was long and complicated, and Piggy dragged his feet through every step of the way. That Jon & Ade simply adopting the child would have made things so much easier, but because she's a biological parent and he isn't they had to figure something else out.

Honestly? When Pat sees you as his "enemy" he has to "win". Most parents can reach a compromise for the sake of the child, Pat probably cared more about his smug superiority complex. "Oh, do the lawyers think we have a deal? We do not. I have altered the deal. Pray I do not alter it further." He'd rather pretend to be Darth Vader and let someone else raise his kids.

Then again, session after session, wasting everyone's time all because he gets a thrill out of "punishing" Ade & Jon. Eventually the state got tired of his childish piggy games, Ade & Jon said they'd legally care for the child, and Patrick could sign off with no parental rights or child support. Which of course was a win for Patrick. More money for booze, and when his daughter turned 18 she'd come crawling back to him.

I think that's realistic and perfectly in line with Patrick's "I don't understand the court system" character.

The judge probably took one look at Fatrick and knew that any offspring of his would suffer enough merely sharing his genetic material. Giving him authority over another human being would be child abuse unto itself.

She is 100% his. She has dark brown hair and looks a lot like him. His ex's other two kids, who are not Patrick's, have blonde hair like both of their parents, look very much like each other, and much less like Rick's "airlocked" daughter.

I posted one tiny pic that includes her in the original posts, and even that made me feel kind of gross. Not sure whether I'm drawing a weird line here. Even though the O&A crowd and its associates have often been described as psychopathic Nazi cyberterrorists by prominent legal scholars such as Joseph "jerking off to kp is not illegal" Cumia and Patrick "calliing me fat is a felony" Tomlinson , everyone seems to get pretty queasy about bringing the kids up.

Anyway, I'll post this old pic of her, though, since it made me laugh, and the sender obscured her face:

I wanna hear more on the first one. So this woman broke up with a guy, he showed up at her house and shot her in front of witnesses, and he was able to "gaslight" dozens or hundreds of people about it while just walking free? That's the FULL story?
