He contacted PCTLM after we watched a video with him in it and wanted to let us know he put that chapter of his life (hanging out with fat man) far behind him. He also told us he had an awful terrible experience with him going to (I think) places in Las Vegas. Joe’s wife tagged along and Jack was an ass to her. He also didn’t want to engage with Jack because he knows how he behaves in public. He just wanted to leave the past in the past. He has his own kids now that keep him busy, but he joined the live streams a few times and answered questions. He told us that his experience gave him “post traumatic Jack disorder”. Joe might also lurk here I’m not totally sure. All and all he seems like a good dude.

He is the prime example of a middle aged fat fuck who thinks the waitstaff should suck his dick when he gets in a restaurant because they are serving him, he thinks they are beneath him. yeah, i've noticed that as well. once he moved to TN and basically up until stroke #2 (or 3) we'd regularly see jack dining out with different people on fat on the go. since the stroke, it's always been just jack+tammy with some jeanette mixed in. probably a combination of jack being self-conscious about his dead arm as well as losing all his friends because he's a horrible person. mitch was the only long-term friend he had in TN and we haven't seen him since he ended up in the hospital with covid, probably because of jack's views on that topic

They probably got roped into it by mistaking Jack's exuberance for his "BBQ WARZ" as something he'd plan well and produce a solid YouTube video that he and his brand (lol) would profit from. I got a feeling all they know about Jack's videos are he's the YouTube guy at the murder church that tells everybody "Check out my channel guys!" and that's it. They probably had no idea mushbrain would do practically zero research into what Carolina BBQ is, or check out the menus ahead of time to have an idea of what's available.

I wonder at what point the three non-Scalfanis each realized what a shit show they got themselves into, and if they all made a pact afterwards to never put themselves through that experience again.

I wonder how many times he interrupts the murdersermon to pimp out his youtube channel(s) to a bunch of decrepit 45+ y.o. boomers who can barely operate their smart phones. A lot of churches have these post-sermon bits where they allow the community to make announcements. Typically the announcements are things like fundraisers, food drives, help for an ailing loved one, support & prayers for a kid about to take the MCAT or about to get a limb blown off in Afghanistan...and then Jack comes up and begs for 2–4 extra pity views from the congregation, which are absolutely dwarfed by the hate views he gets here.

Side note, all this murderchurch talk sounds like some badass metalocalypse reference - they cram the words murder and death into everything possible. Hell, one of the characters is even named Murderface. If only the real life murderchurch was 1/10th as badass.

I believe that it is actually Jack that cuts his "friends" loose. There is typically a cycle when it comes to being friends with a narcissist: over-valuation, supply, devaluation, and discard. Charles' youtube channel is actually a great study in this process, as is Jumbo and Delicious' owner.

Charles was brought on and praised as being an expert in seafood and fishing on the video Sous Vide in Aged Balsamic Vinegar. The supply came from the videos where they just went out to eat sushi and Arby's fish sandwiches, both of which Charles outright said he wasn't really happy doing. Devaluation came from when Charles started allowing comments on his videos, which lead to Jack throwing him away and refusing to have him on any more videos in two years. When asked in live streams, Jack quickly dismisses the topic as "he's doing his own thing", which is NPD talk for "He's doing something that I disapprove, but can't call out because people will disagree".

Jumbo and Delicious was praised as being the best burger place is Tennessee from Fatty Doo Doo. The supply came from using his bbq sauces on their burgers as well as actual money to go and eat other restaurants' hamburgers and not compare them to Jumbo and Delicious. Jack almost immediately discards them when the owner suddenly passed away, even going so far as to say he'd "think about donating to his funeral".

Hell, even mods of Jack's live stream were used as supply. BestBudz being the best example. Overvalued for their input in chat, supply in deleting comments bitch-boy Jack doesn't like, then devalued and discarded because they said Jack was making people uncomfortable. When Jack removed mod status live during the chat, he got called out for it and there hasn't been a live chat since.

I honestly love this video. You can visibly see the seething in Jack's face as Charles makes a very simple and ordinary meal with little effort which shits over the entirety of Jack's cooking output.

He says the noodles didnt break as if its Charles fault Jack took so many noodles and can't eat them properly. Jack proceeds to take a long strand without twisting them in the fork then uses his bare hand like a troglodyte to pull the noodles from his mouth. He can't even eat like a civilized person. Even toddlers are taught to eat noodles by twisting with a fork.
