I've been following this indie named Highping Monaca recently who has been playing Fallout: New Vegas. First time I ever saw a JPtuber be interested in that game.

I'm pretty sure it's just because it's an official HoloID stream. When they did Minecraft relay on the HoloID server Reine did it in Indonesian even though she rarely does streams in ID.
