I know this thread isn't specifically about them, but I thought I'd relay some infomation on them to give a glimpse on what they're actually like.
I can definitly say that they are not better than Puppychan and is just as worse.
Vincent is quite known to stalk people they either hate, or want back as a friend again. In this case, it's someone they hate.
They also used to suicide-bait just as much as Puppy, but didn't exactly have as large as a following Puppy does. They weren't on twitter at the time and instead used deviantArt very often.
Around the time they were almost at 600 watchers but maybe around ~530 at most. Even then, they'd still constantly attention-seek and suicide-bait and people would always fall for it like Puppy's crazy fans.
However, that's only part of the surface. Digging deeper, there's much worse behind their "innocent" little "I'm a victim!! Waah Waahhhh!" personality.
IIRC they used to be part of the MAP community and would purposefully date adults as a way to cope from losing one of their exes as a lover, because they "don't want to be alone" and had some really weird attachment issues to others who are really nice to them at first, considering they aren't able to make friends online and in real life in the first place. (Lol)
They were attracted to adults and constantly engage in pedophilia, so them saying they're against proshippers and pedophilia is complete utter bullshit, since they were proship themselves. They used to ship Karkat Vantas and Kankri Vantas from Homestuck. I barely know about Homestuck myself, but those two characters, from what I've heard, are brothers.
They'd also engage in sending nudes to adults despite being underage, and they said they are very much aware on what they're doing and doesn't give a shit. I'm pretty sure they still do this, too. Watching Vincent calling others "Pedos" is quite hilarious considering they engaged in several, if not many, pedophilia relationships themselves.
There was also a time Vincent hacked into their ex's deviantart account to deactivate it out of pure jealousy cause their ex had many watchers than they did (over 1k to be exact) and wanted to be "more popular" than them. IIRC the person who was a victim in such a situation never got their account back, so they had to start all over.
Quite fucked up, if I do say so myself, but of course Vincent's plan backfired (Lol) and their ex was still popular than them. I do feel bad about the loss of that person's account due to the fact there was tons of hard work put into it.

Likely to prevent the tweet from showing up on a search query for the site when someone inserts the word "loli" into the search bar. I've seen this with some of the accounts against Autumn, where they would censor the term "Puppychan" or refuse to say it to avoid showing up on the search query.
