I got it downloaded as mp4 (700 MB), but it's being rejected when I try to attach here. I'll try to run it thru a converter and see if I can get it uploaded later.
Gotta get it under 200 megabytes. If you have Bandicut or similar, try H264 or H265 and VBR encoding at quality 30, and depending on how content-rich it is you'll probably need to cut resolution to 720p or 480p. If it's still freakishly huge, check that its not 60fps and chop it to 30 if it is. If it still gives you shit, ping me, I can probably rip through processing it in 15 min or less, 700 megs raw data is a chew toy to my machine.

Ok, FDA tell us what's your new excuse to explain why it'll take us now 75 years to fully release Pzifer vaccine data?

"The entire purpose of FOIA is government transparency. In multiple recent cases, in upholding the FOIA’s requirement to 'make the records promptly available,' courts have required agencies, including the FDA, to produce 10,000 or more pages per month, and those cases did not involve a request nearly this important — i.e., the data underlying licensure of a liability-free product that the federal government requires nearly all Americans to receive," Siri said.
This warms my cold, black,
data controller heart.
Here's the post from the lawyer, Siri, suing to speed up production to something vaguely resembling a timeline from this decade. Good walkthrough of the situation that should be friendly to non-lawyer readers.
U.S state agency. There is a local mandate for public sector workers so unfortunately I think this is legal.
Maybe, maybe not. Local mandates are starting to get hit in court now as well.
NYC's shiny new mandate just got slated to go to court a few hours ago, and it's public sector employees who are challenging it to boot. (

State Supreme Court Justice Frank P. Nervo on Tuesday set a Dec. 14 hearing for arguments on whether he should grant a New York City Police Department detective’s request for a temporary restraining order against the Covid vaccine requirement.
Detective Anthony Marciano sued Mayor Bill de Blasio on Dec. 1 in state court in Manhattan, saying the available Covid-19 vaccines have been authorized only for emergency use and are “unapproved, investigational and experimental.” The mandate violates his rights to informed consent, he argued.
Saw this going around on twitter, its supposedly from a magazine published by ALPA for its members. Official Journal of the Air line Pilots Association, international.

Some of those pilots on that list were quite elderly -- I saw a couple that had Flying Tigers on their history, and that hasn't been independent of Fedex since the buyout in 1989.
Thanks for the update. Do you know if the courts are looking at the vaccine mandate for non citizens/permanent residents arriving in the US?
You're welcome, and very good question. I took a look around and I don't see any challenges to those particular rules... yet.
They only just kicked in a few days ago, so it just needs more time. (

it's going to be a trucking company that will try to fight it (

You might get some belligerent traveler with cash and time to burn who sues as an individual, but that's probably less likely.

Incoming NYC mayor Adams
is conspicuously quiet when asked about whether he's going to run with de Blasio's ridiculous mandate. (

In less than a month, Eric Adams will succeed Mr. de Blasio as mayor, and on Monday Mr. Adams declined to commit to enforcing the new rules, which are intended to stem the spread of the virus, especially the new Omicron variant.
“The mayor-elect will evaluate this mandate and other Covid strategies when he is in office and make determinations based on science, efficacy and the advice of health professionals,” said Evan Thies, a spokesman for Mr. Adams.
