Years of doxing DSP paypigs has scientifically proven one thing for certain: if an individual regularly and consistently gives money to DSP, they are either mentally retarded or suffer from some sort of mental disorder.

Every. Single. One. Of them is either on the spectrum or is some weird social outcast who gets their daily or weekly dose of social endorphins by donating a stipend to the pig so he shouts them out or hear someone else utter their username on camera.

Imagine being such a fucking loser that DSP’s channel has become the place where your primary social outlet is located. It’s unbelievably fucking sad but speaks volume about Phil’s predatory tactics of this “Us vs. Them” mentality that can only be overcome by giving him money to fight off the haters. He has successfully created a weird scam based off fighting off hatred and overcoming adversity by hitting an arbitrary number that make up his daily cash tips. Just… fucking mind-boggling Twilight Zone shit.

Truly one scummy fuck this dude is. He’s been hard to watch lately besides catching gold dust during the Gaystream Podcast segment. Otherwise he’s just been fucking insufferable and constantly overpowered due to an almost permanent money buff coming from users who’ve never chatted, never commented, or never even subscribed to the channel.

Phil 100% read a walkthrough before fighting the final boss of Metroid Dread. How do I know? At the third phase of the boss, he uses an attack where he creates an orange ball that floats up and shoots waves at you while the boss continues to attack. It's very tough to dodge and the hardest part of the fight... unless you know that you can use a Power Bomb to destroy the ball. There's no other reason to use a Power Bomb in the fight because it doesn't damage the boss. Phil mysteriously knew to do this instantly, the first time the boss did the attack.

Did he really not check these thumbnails at all? How much lower in terms of effort can this fucking lazy content vomiter gets?

Pretty sure he just lets YouTube auto pick the thumbnails on those because making a basic thumbnail for his "podcast" is hard and would cost him at least 1.5k in "Bills"

Commentary:
No surprise with the crazy whaling in the beginning of the month. Since it is also December, we may possibly see this extend deeper into the month than usual.

One thing to note is that this is the 2nd most successful week in terms of Super Chat income he's ever had with average $168 per stream day (with the highest being 2021-09-W2 at $178 per stream day). A surprisingly low amount of "troll" Super Chats despite this.

Interesting to see that he only hit his stated tip goal only half the time. I wonder if some kind of percentage measurement might give a more accurate idea of the money received?

Interesting, any chance you could you elaborate a bit? Percentage of what exactly (percent of actual amount received compared to the stated goal of $150?)

Yes. My thought is basically this: if he gets $149 out of $150, he technically didn't hit the goal, but in practice, he may as well have. So instead of (or alongside) a hard "yes/no" determination, it'd be interesting to see if there's any pattern to what percentage of the expected $150 is hit.

You know what's funny is Phil won't realize why his Metroid playthrough was "successful" same with RE8 earlier this year, He played and beat both in only a few days and didn't drag it out for six months. It's almost as if you beat a game in a reasonable time frame your fans will support you more because you stay constantly a variety streamer by introducing new games regularly, But what do i know.

It's almost as if putting time, effort, and a deadline on something usually pays off. Why didn't Phil think of this anytime sooner? It's almost like a mature adult idea.

Yo, that's a fucking really good idea so I just went ahead and added it in now. I've also added the following conditional formatting rules:
0% is Red ---> 100% is White --> 200% is Green.

I reckon that this should help differentiate between a slow stream, a goal met stream, and an insane whale stream. Appreciate the suggestion, if anything comes to mind in regards to formatting please lemme know 🙂

he clearly looked up guides for metroid. raven beaks first attack and phil knew what to do.

imagine being that scared of challenge that you look up guides
Defeats the point of a game based on "exploration" if you already know where the stuff is and how to beat the bosses.

As usually Phil sucks the fun out of anything he touches in an attempt to stroke his ego.

Seriously I miss the good old days of Phil playing every new fighting game and raging like a madman, but now instead we only get Street Fighter 2 Turbo(him stomping scrubs) and open world games that he milks for two months.

The only enjoyable shit to watch Phil play is Halo multiplayer, and that's just because he gets salty. Take that out of the rotation and he might as well be dead to me entertainment wise.

Just one name is all you need to know DSP's fanbase; Jonathan Elias Ross.

Think about this and get a bit depressed; Phil is where he is because he's a complete fuckup, but still somehow has enough attraction and charisma to maintain a parasitical relationship with people with resources.

Now ponder this; how scary would it be if Phil, as much of a sociopathic scumbag as he is, WASN"T a fuckup? I say with no hyperbole, he could be a Jim Jones or Marshall Appelwaite (Heaven's Gate).

I promise you he never ever checks thumbnails or really is that lazy. Every single time the thumbnail is him and not gameplay he's making some retarded face he never looks normal. Attached is my favorite example from the "daily wrap" a few days ago.
