Boogie finds an ad like this or posts one. If its on seeking or one of those then they can be more open right away about what they want but if its public, like the example before this, it will be more like "room for rent 1$" which automatically tells the girl that Boogie is looking for a live in GFE and will cover at least living expenses.
I'm sure the language is a bit different everywhere
They meet up in a public space (if she's smart) and hammer out the details (is this descreet, does it involve sex (not all do, sometimes old guys just want to be seen out on the town with a sexy young lady, are there other things like cooking and cleaning involved, is it "full time" or "part time" etc etc) . Sadly because these arrangements are usually illegal in a lot of places there are no contracts and pretty much everything is agreed on verbally which is why manipulators like Boogie will start to lapse on their side of the agreement, but we'll get to that in a moment.
With the deal struck you then start living out the arrangement.
For a high end girl this can mean maintaining your looks and weight and being on call when your rich patron is in town and showing up looking and acting the way he wants (if he wants a skinny blonde air head you better keep to that diet, dye your hair and giggle at all his jokes) before resuming your usual life as he jets away again on some business trip or whatever.
But that's not the Boogie style. Boogie wants the live-in girlfriend experience no matter what the original agreement was.
So lets say in the beginning he says he'll pay your rent and travel expenses in return for a full GFE for one weekend a month, and he gets to take pics and tell twitter your his girlfriend.
(I can see this woman saying yes as long as there are no face pics, which could actually be why Boogie hasn't shown her but hopes we will; so he can brag but still say he didn't break the agreement)
So he rolls with this for a month or two, gaining her trust, testing her boundaries and no doubt hoping she'll become attached to him naturally (would never happen) and once a bit of a routine is established, that's when he starts to twist it.
He may suggest something like; Well instead of paying rent, why don't you come live with me and you can have all that rent money as cash instead. You can still take outside jobs and I'll still only ask you to spend time with me for that one weekend. For some girls that may sound like a good deal; pretty much doubling your money without really doubling your work.
So she moves in but soon the deductions start. Maybe it's for food or half the bills but either way he's finding excuses to give her a bit less actual money each time. Then the money stops pretty much altogether and becomes gifts.
Some girls may like getting gifts (on top of the agreed upon pay) but you can't put gifts in the bank, and that's exactly what predators like Boogie count on, because now you have physical things in his house AND you're using the money you saved to go to your other jobs or even just go out and have some fun and you're not getting more to replace it.
And that's when the trap closes.
Now he has a woman in his house who has no money of her own, no where else to go anymore and no means of selling or moving all this physical junk he's "gifted" her. She has two choices; Chalk it all up to a loss and GTFO or just...stay. Technically she'll be taken care of although not well but if its that or the streets then some girl at some time may just...stay.
And that's exactly what Boogie wants. Now he's got his real girlfriend. Now she's a housewife or a caregiver rather than a hooker.
At least that looks like what he tried to do with Lucy from what I saw (I may have missed parts) and what I can see unfolding with this new woman.
