Wuhan Coronavirus: Megathread - Got too big

In other, other news, my former coworker who developed pancreatic cancer ( im not saying it was the vaxx, but it was 6-7 months after the second jab and he always seemed healthy so.. ) has passed away.
Stop with the ridiculous blaming of everything on the vaxx ffs. It's about as helpful as counting all people who died with Covid as deaths by Covid.

I don't know man, we're seeing some pretty significant excess mortality in all age groups in many European countries that even the government doesn't pretend are related to muh coof.

Might be climate change or PPSD though, who knows?

Yes, but that doesn't mean every single illness from now on is originated by the vaccine. Get some perspective.
If we're just speculating on anecdotal evidence like that, then all the people I know IRL who got vaccinated (I'm not saying it's the vaxx that is safe, but it's been 6-7 months after the second jab and they all seem healthy so...) are doing fine.

Aggression on the rise: Vaccination street doctors are afraid

"It is also unpleasant for doctors to give medical procedures to people who do not want them" - yeah, but apparently not unpleasant enough to pass up this opportunity of easy money.

Fucking collaborators, absolutely disgusting.

You know I talk a good fight, but I'm just another keyboard warrior bigging it up in the propaganda war. If I did cuck however, I still would not go gently in to that good night. I thought of what I would say to my captors as they rape and puncture my skin:

I accept this only under duress.

I consider you a rapist.

I want to look in to your eyes as you do this to me.

I will always remember your face.

Etc. etc.

None of them are explicit threats, they aren't even implicit threats, but they paint a picture.

I'm pretty sure that I'll go down fighting. I want to, in fact. But I realise I'm a very small percentage of the population with my particular standing. Most people don't have a deathwish. I do.

If it gets to the point they take my few posessions or inflict serious fines, or god forbid impose prison sentences, well, shit just got real. Then it will be no way back, for THEM, not me. Then there will only be one way out for me, and Glory will be its name. And I won't fuck up like these other idiots, let's just leave it at that.

With all my bluster, I may still just give in depending on how ill I feel that day and with how much of an asymmetric force I am faced with. But a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. That's the reality.

And for those in this thread giving a hard time to people who did get vaxxed, yeah, you've made your point. But you aren't fighting a war here with skin in the game. You're just another keyboard warrior like me. Let people have their word, their turn. Let them express themselves, their regret, things they would have otherwise done if only...

You achieve nothing by re-inforcing this space as an echo chamber. I'm not fucking interested in hug-boxes. I detest cliques. Everyone is always welcome at whatever party I go to. And that includes all the niggers and the jews and the lesbos too if they want.

If people have succumbed to the vaxx propaganda and have acquiesced then they should be able to have their say without fear of ridicule. Tell them you think they were wrong. Tell them that you chose differently. But bullying them past a certain point doesn't achieve much more than making you feel good (nothing in the grand scheme of things) and them feeling bad (nothing in the grand schem of things but also puts off other people from posting).

I'm a shitposter I know, but I'm not someone that makes such 'schoolteacher' taking authority posts. I hate to be that guy. As the mandates are coming in now thick and fast from all continents, and this thread gets a lot more heat, let's not become the very thing we hate the most and the one thing that KF doesn't represent. Everyone can post here, niggers and kikes and lesbos. Draw the line at furries, but that is just common sense.

Enough of my bullshit. Have at it if you need to.

---

Yeah, the doctors in Austria had better be afraid. As had any healthcare professional carrying out these duties under duress of their participants and puncturing the sovereign skin of people that really don't want this.

There isn't an argument the government have made that couldn't be translated in to an argument for rape. I realise you don't feel comfortable. I gave you a choice at the start. You didn't do what I wanted. So it's only your own fault. I totally understand how you feel. I really do. But this is for the common good.

This was the whole fucking shtick from Fauci. I hope someone rapes him, actually. While they whisper those sweet nothings in to his ear, the goblin faced little charmer that he is.

In many ways, I think they have already overstepped their mark. If these cunts aren't dealt with in the manner in which they deserve, then everyone else is a cuck and deserves to be fucking raped. It's complicated though, because kids are involved. And that just makes them more evil for using that and playing that game.

We're going round in circles here. But the music will stop at some point and it will no longer be a game of 'musical chairs', more 'shit or get off the pot'.

Just like soldiers going in to battle, no one really knows how one will react until that time comes. Until then...

In other news, if they want to force vaccinate me the doctor better bring security if he wants to complete his mission unshanked.

I'd be shocked if they just dropped the pandemic so suddenly, they'll keep pushing until someone does a little minecrafting. I live in the only blue area of a red state, damn near everyone was masked when I went to the local mall to grab some coffee and hang out. I'm so fucking glad I'm not a eurofag though, I burned my vax card a while ago and literally never thought twice about it, lol.

I mean sure we could die by New Year's but it'll probably be from something other than the coof if it happens.

I mean sure we could die by New Year's but it'll probably be from something other than the coof if it happens.

Truly an ALARMING number, very robust and FEAR inducing, until you realize that around 8000 people die every single day in the US, they did so before muh coof, they do so now and they will keep doing so after muh coof.

One thing to maybe keep an eye on is the lawsuit McCullough mentions at the end. @SCSI are you there.

Quick summary of what he said about the lawsuit (I didn't verify anything, just reporting his words):

He (Cardiologist and Medical researcher) and Jessica Rose (Virologist and epidemiologist) published a paper about VAERS data, mostly about age and gender distribution. It went through the regular process for peer-reviewed papers, and was in circulation (and widely cited) for several weeks. Then, just before an important pediatrician meeting to discuss the vaccinations for kids aged 5-11, Elsevier (the publisher) withdrew the paper, on grounds of it "never being invited". In other words, they decided they weren't interested in publishing it, weeks after they actually did publish it. They did not withdraw it on grounds of suspicion of falsified data (which is a contractually acceptable reason for withdrawing a publication). So now McCullugh and Rose are suing Elsevier for breach of contract.

Keep in mind, though, that McCullough is obviously a nazi and a shit-eating quack doctor because he's been on Tucker Carlson and will be on Joe Rogan soon.

//SCSI device MAITAI attached to network//

Listened to the relevant chunk of the interview and took a quick look-around to see what I could find. From what I've been able to scare up, it looks like they're planning on filing a breach of contract and tortious interference claim against Elsevier in the Dutch court system, which is going to make tracking it a bit harder as Eurolaw isn't my turf. I can find no citation or other confirmation that they've actually filed yet, so unfortunately there's no court docs for me to scan through as of the moment. Hopefully McCullough will publicly post his filing whenever it actually happens, assuming he and Elsevier don't work things out beforehand.

McCullough claims that the terms of his contract with Elsevier allowed for them to reject the paper at the relevant stage of publication only if it were determined that there was "scientific illegitimacy" with the paper -- a three-piece suit way of saying "it's fraudulent bullshit." He asserts that Elsevier never cited that as their reason, and that they have never actually given a reason, either in public or in private. That latter part does seem to be true -- if you go to the page where the paper used to be, it has Elsevier's retraction PDF there as a placeholder, and it gives no reason.

RetractionWatch has the best/least-worst coverage I turned up on this whole publication slapfight. (Archive -- Lagging, may fail)

It appears that one of the reasons for the dispute has to do with Rose and McCullough representing themselves as having any affiliation with Baylor still.

Last month, Baylor Scott & White obtained a restraining order against McCullough — whom Medscape says “has promoted the use of therapies seen as unproven for the treatment of COVID-19 and has questioned the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines” — for continuing to refer to an affiliation with the health care institution despite a separation agreement. “Since the Baylor suit, the Texas A&M College of Medicine, and the Texas Christian University (TCU) and University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) School of Medicine have both removed McCullough from their faculties,” Medscape reported at the time.

They've since republished the paper in Clinical & Translation Science, Vol. 3 under the title "Critical Appraisal of VAERS Pharmacovigilance: Is the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) a Functioning Pharmacovigilance System?"(direct PDF, also attached). Haven't read it, so no comments on its contents, but perhaps someone else will enjoy its medical autism.

US CoVax Mandate Legal News Roundup

Federal:

Today was the deadline for OSHA to submit further arguments to the 6th Circuit as to why the injunction against the core federal mandate (private employers with 100+ employees) should be modified or removed. No news yet as to whether OSHA made this deadline or what they sent in, but it should be popping up very soon.

So far, the Sixth Circuit has declined OSHA’s request to shorten the briefing schedule and expedite a decision on the merits. All responses to OSHA’s motion to dissolve or modify the stay were due on December 7 and OSHA’s reply in support of its motion is due December 10 (tomorrow). Due to the urgency of the matter, it seems likely that the Sixth Circuit will hear arguments and make a decision on OSHA’s motion by the end of the month.
Although the Sixth Circuit’s decision could still be further appealed to the Supreme Court, and the ruling will only address the temporary injunction and not the merits of the legal challenges to the vaccine mandate, the Sixth Circuit’s ruling will decide the fate of the mandate at least for now. Following the ruling, the Biden Administration will have clear marching orders about what they can and cannot enforce and employers will have clear guidance on what is required of them – pending the results of further litigation.

State:

The public employee fork of De Blasio's draconian NYC CoVax mandate is officially on hold pending further litigation. (Archive -- lagging bad, may or may not end up going through) December 14th is the date to watch on this particular fight, as it's when the next hearing is scheduled. I'd have to double-check to make sure I have everything straight, as there's a lot going on with the NYC mandates, but I think both the private employer and public employer prongs of this mandate are now under legal attack, with varying degrees of success.

Mayor Bill de Blasio's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for New York City employees, including the NYPD, has been blocked by a Manhattan court.

On Tuesday, Judge Frank P. Nervo in the Supreme Court of New York gave notice that the mandate was suspended, pending a hearing scheduled for December 14.
On October 20, de Blasio imposed the order that required all city employees to have at least their first shot by October 29, or face being suspended without pay. It affected roughly 160,000 employees and was met with much opposition. Police and firefighter union leaders warned that the rule would lead to staff shortages.

Also, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just nuked a local mandate that required schoolkids to mask up, in contrast to Hochul ordering New Yorkers to mask indoors and California's "Psst hey kid wanna vaxxx? Don't tell mom" shenanigans. (Archive)

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court struck down a school mask requirement for grades K-12 on Friday, affirming a lower court’s opinion that the state’s acting health secretary had overstepped her authority in imposing the mandate.
The earlier ruling, which had been stayed by the seven-member Supreme Court in early November, sided with a Republican state senator and several parents who had sued over the mask requirement.

The lower-court judges, emphasizing that they were not ruling on the efficacy of masks, had found that the acting secretary could not issue such a mandate without going through certain rule-making procedures in the absence of a disaster emergency declared by the governor.

Still zero deaths from Omnomnom variant? That's almost incredible. God's little joke with us. People die of the most benign things, all the time- if someone is fragile enough they can die from aspirating a sip of Sprite for crying out loud. And no one has died of this Xi variant in the whole world! Something lulzy is afoot and I am on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens next.

Sociopathy. They're glad to see someone they think of as a lesser die in pain. most of them don't admit it but they do get off on the power trip.

Look watching zion don ask obvious but uncomfortable questions on a massive scale that showed the farce for what it is never forget he got cucked on slamming the boarders at the start of this and in general, pulled back none of the vice grip they have on people, got cucked and sold his people out. He wasn't a leader he was a mascot.

P.S. now Tito that was a leader lol
I could see the glee when I saw a health administrators letter demanding someone get the jab or they’ll be removed from the transplant registry. I needed a new drivers license and for the first time in my life elected non donor. I want to help others but I’d rather undermine her and their office. Plus if I’m not eligible fuck you, I’m taking my parts with me. Hope they know the stakes of the game, someone with inoperable cancer is going to want to go out with a positive k/d score eventually.

An average of 1600 people are currently being recorded of dying with the coof, a day, in the U.S.
x 20 days until NYE
32,000

They should have interviewed me for that headline

I mean sure we could die by New Year's but it'll probably be from something other than the coof if it happens.

What a bold prediction. "Official deaths" with COVID-19 have been well over 1,000 per day since mid-August. The current 7-day average is 1,237. 21 more days in the year, so we're already on track for 26,000, deaths before the new year, but things have been on an upward trend.

Vast majority of Britons have NO PROTECTION against Omicron: After 100 days two AstraZeneca doses offer virtually zero defence while two Pfizer jabs provide just 37% protection against new variant – but boosters cut risk of falling ill by 75%

  • People with just their first two AstraZeneca jabs have almost no protection against the Omicron variant
  • But getting third shot can boost protection against the highly-transmissible strain to above 70 per cent
  • The Health Security Agency has warned that public failing to get boosters could overwhelm health service
  • Analysis most promising sign yet that Omicron wave of hospital admissions will not surpass previous peaks

Millions of Britons have effectively no protection against the Omicron Covid variant, health experts have warned as the public was urged to get their booster jabs - despite chaos on the NHS booking site meaning some can't get jabs until Christmas Eve.

The highly-transmissible mutant strain is likely to make up most cases of Covid in Britain over the next two weeks, the UK Health Security Agency said in a report yesterday, and could reach one million infections by the end of this month.

While Covid booster jabs have been shown to be effective against Omicron, there are concerns that the millions of people who are yet to get their third inoculation could be unprotected against the virus without it.

Sounds bad, right fam? But that's a whole lot of words to leave out what is the most important factor in all of this: that this thing is a nothing burger. It takes a lot of thought to make up words like that. Hang the journo scum for this, for their yellow propaganda.

If I was a dumbfuck I'd be gen scared right now. Not only would I be lining up to get jabbed with a dodgy vaxx, I'd be lining up to shoot those that weren't vaxxed and killing me.

People must know where these scum live. It's only a matter of time.

They are doubling and tripling down, again. Quadrupling and quintupling down.

View attachment 2791054

Does no one know where these cunts live?

Man, I was thinking about getting a jab back in March or so before they became readily available. I can't imagine how dumb I would feel and how much regret I would have right now if I had just blindly gone along with the crowd.

Well, look at the time. I’ll try to keep this brief. After 28 years of peacock logos on much of what I own, it is my choice now to jump without a net into the great unknown. As I do for the first time in my 62 years, my biggest worry is for my country. The truth is, I’m not a liberal or a conservative. I’m an institutionalist. I believe in is place. And in my love of my country, I yield to no one.

But the darkness on the edge of town has spread to the main roads and highways and neighborhoods. It’s now at the local bar, and the bowling alley, at the school board, and the grocery store. And it must be acknowledged and answered for. Grown men and women who swore an oath to our Constitution, elected by their constituents possessing the kinds of college degrees I could only dream of have decided to join the mob and become something they are not while hoping we somehow forget who they were.

They’ve decided to burn it all down – with us inside. That should scare you to no end as much as it scares an aging volunteer fireman.

To my coworkers, my love and thanks. And I say again, everyone I’ve worked with has made me better at what I do. To my family, love and thanks doesn’t begin to cover it. But now I have the time to better express it. My friends know who they are. No one’s been blessed with better friends. To the guests on this broadcast, as you heard the nice man say a few minutes ago, it’s always been about you. Otherwise, I’d be staring into the camera for an hour, five nights a week. And nobody wants to see that. You are The 11th Hour and will continue to be The 11th Hour. This is where I thank you, however, for being so great for explaining these last five years.

As a proud New Jersey native, this is where I get to say, regrets, I’ve had a few, but then again, too few to mention. What a ride it’s been. Where else, how else was a kid like me going to meet presidents and kings and the occasional rock star? These lovely testimonials that I can never truly repay make me hyperaware that it has been and remains a wonderful life. It’s as if I’m going to wake up tomorrow morning in Bedford Falls. The reality is though, I will wake up tomorrow in the America of the year 2021, a nation unrecognizable to those who came before us and fought to protect it, which is what you must do now. My colleagues will take it from here.

I will probably find it impossible to be silent and stay away from you and lights and cameras after I experiment with relaxation and find out what I’ve missed and what’s out there. Every weeknight for decades now, I’ve said some version of the same thing. Thank you for being here with us. “Us,” meaning the people who produced this broadcast for you. And you, well, without you, there’s no us.

I’ll show myself out. Until we meet again, that is our broadcast for this Thursday night. Thank you for being here with us. And for all my colleagues of the networks of NBC News, good night.

And it was announced that in England, care home residents will only be allowed three visitors and one essential care worker from Wednesday.

Isolating old people again. For a fucking cold virus. Sick.
