I’ve spent the last couple days catching on the last few pages of this thread and man… the audacity of the people. Some of this shit just blows me away, and at the risk of sounding like a broken record rehashing the shit already said in this thread, I’m giving my two cents on my favorites.
Also, what the fuck does she mean by “mutual aid”? Most of the time, these people look to people with more money than them to help them out. And let’s pretend that does happen. What part of that is mutual? What are the better-off people getting out of this, other than robbed by a lazy tard who cannot work? Remember, there’s other ways one can make a few bucks online that don’t require a job or background checks.

There have been several posts from Aida/the girlfriend about how he keeps losing privileges and items (excuse me, they're being "stolen.") One time she tried to beg so he can get a tablet again. Her BF must be in prison for a very long time if he was allowed to have a tablet (albeit one severely locked) in the first place. He sounds like he keeps getting into fights or hurting people. And yet she keeps acting like the guards are "stealing" his stuff like they're schoolyard bullies snatching his lunch money. What are they supposed to do? Go "oh, um, have you tried not shanking inmate #7691?"
You have to really fuck up to 1) be in prison for a long time and 2) keep finding yourself in maximum security. He's right where he needs to be and he doesn't deserve a dime of some random person's money.

As for why so many are “woke”, it’s because the more liberal or left-leaning are more sympathetic of marginalized groups, so the “woke beggars” can make claims that make them more likely to recieve “mutual aid” from these kinds of people. It’s particularly disgusting because marginalized groups actually DO exist and have suffered a great deal due to it. They then get lumped in with the “Luna’s” which makes things worse for them.
To be honest, I think most of the beggars are legit, but the difference between them and the ones featured here is that the latter are outright grifters. The key is who is asking for aid more often and how they respond to say “directly paying the hotel.”
I have seen “straight white males” beg, it’s simply done offline and in the actual street. Or they don’t say anything beyond what their situation is. To them, being “trans, black, system, disabled” is irrelevant.
