My understanding is this: You can't copyright a title. Otherwise people would go out right now and copyright existing and popular titles. Under certain circumstances, an IP owner can be ruled by a court to have a significant proprietary interest in a certain title, but it requires that the title be strongly associated in the public eye with that work.

Yes, that is him acting in the role of a good father. This was made in 2015, years after he signed away his paternal rights.
