Some people I know saw her at the skating rink on New Years. She was "directing" the skaters and confiscating Zimmer frames. I am not making that up.

Suing the surgeon might be complicated because he flew to Montreal to have the surgery done, but he might get to it eventually. He could certainly do it but it couldn't be part of the same suit against MSP. Montreal has been doing those surgeries for longer than anywhere else in Canada and has a mixed reputation. (If you're not Canadian, Vancouver to Montreal is kind of like LA to Chicago if Chicago spoke a different language and had its own French-based legal system).

I don't think so. People are not willing to be aggressive here. This person literally "directs" traffic, in the street, at major intersections, sued the Police for stopping it, and won. For the most part people avoid him. In most cities, a lunatic who went out on the road on roller skates to tell people how to drive would be shot.
