Jeffrey was "a sick pedophile" but Ghislaine was the mastermind - [a]
Ghislaine Maxwell [born 25 December 1961 in Maisons-Laffitte, France] is a British socialite known mostly for her association with Jeffrey Epstein who committed suicide under mysterious circumstances while in federal custody August 10, 2019 .[former Attorney General William Barr described Epstein's death as "a perfect storm of screw-ups."] The courts dismissed all charges against Epstein on August 29, 2019.As a result, the sex-trafficking investigations and media attention shifted attention to his alleged associates, like Brunel, Prince Andrew, and Ghislaine Maxwell. At this point it was known she recruited young girls for Epstein and his associates and even partook in some of the abuse of the girls in question.
Because of her connections in London's elite and Epstein's confidant she was frequently seen with people holding positions of power or prominence , some who frequented the "Lolita express'' or Little St. James island

The pair were first introduced in 1989 by her father [British newspaper magnate Robert Maxwell, who embezzled hundreds of millions of dollars from the pension funds of his employees, and then drowned, in 1991, under murky circumstances, off the coast of the Canary Islands] Jeffrey and Robert had a long business relationship by then, Epstein appreciated that it gave him some legitimacy among the English upper class being seen with Ghislaine, as he was unknown at the time. After the death of her father, Maxwell flees to New York, where she falls in love with Epstein becoming his girlfriend, employee, partner and alleged madame in his sex trafficking scheme. ‘Chasing Ghislaine’ doc reveals Maxwell’s daddy issues with Jeffrey Epstein. When former boyfriend Epstein once walked into his East Side office at the posh Villard Houses with a young woman and the two ducked into a separate room, Maxwell looked the other way.
House of Cards
She leaves Epstein in order to separate herself from his crimes In her unsealed deposition, Giuffre said that Maxwell: “Trained me as a sex slave.” [a]

On July 2, 2020, almost a year after Epstein was arrested, the FBI arrest Ghislaine
When F.B.I. agents went to arrest Ghislaine Maxwell on the morning of July 2 on a remote property in New Hampshire, they broke through her locked gate, approached the front door and announced themselves, telling her to open the door, federal prosecutors said in newly filed court papers on Monday. Through a window, the agents saw her ignore their order and flee to another room in the house, quickly shutting the door behind her, the prosecutors wrote. [a]
She is charged for her alleged role in the sexual exploitation and abuse of young girls by Epstein.

Pre-Trial
QAnon disrupts the January 2021 court hearing by streaming it live on Youtube [a]
“Whoever is doing it, you are operating against the law,” Preska [presiding judge] said of this stream, which attracted 14,000 listeners. “I suspect there is a way to find out. So I will ask you, most respectfully, to stop doing it.”
The stream was shut down shortly thereafter.
During a hearing in April, she enters her plea to sex trafficking conspiracy and an additional sex trafficking charge that were added in a rewritten indictment released in March by a Manhattan federal court grand jury.
In July she has pleaded not guilty and has not been convicted, her trial is set for November 2021, she has been unsuccessfully trying to bail out since .

Ghislaine filed two subsequent unsuccessful bail requests, in which she indicated that she is married — which was not previously known — and offered more details on her finances. She proposed a bail package worth $28.5 million in assets belonging to her and her family and friends — and proposed that she would stay in a New York residence. She also offered to renounce her foreign citizenship. The prosecutors denied her offers, she is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where her lawyers have complained that she is being held under "uniquely onerous conditions" and subjected to round-the-clock surveillance and body scans , [perhaps they worry she might Epstein herself as well.]

DAY 10
The prosecution has rested its case following a day of testimony from Annie Farmer, the only accuser to use her full name.

Ms Farmer, the fourth accuser from the indictment against Ms Maxwell, described in detail being groped by Epstein, instructed to rub his feet by Ms Maxwell, and being massaged naked by the disgraced socialite. Her testimony was supported by statements from her mother and high school boyfriend.

In ten days of testimony, the prosecution called more than 20 witnesses. The defense team says it will take between two and four days for them to lay out their case. The trial was originally expected to last up to six weeks but looks like it may well end much sooner.

Defence case expected to be laid out on 16-17 December, possibly into the 20th, with closing arguments on 21 December.
Maxwell’s team told Judge Nathan they do not want the jury to rush a verdict before the Christmas holiday noting that the prosecution has already said they have a rebuttal case. The prosecution says it will be one rebuttal expert and they will be ready to close the day after evidence is finished.

Lol. Only on this site would you have to include the word 'human' in that.

I love this place.
It disturbs me to think that there is likely a trafficking network that provides animals for wealthy zoophiles/zoosadists to abuse. I mean, I'm disturbed that the word zoosadist even had to be invented, because it means that the group of sick, twisted deviants who want to not just rape animals, but rape and torture them is large enough that they warrant their own separate category.

I doubt anyone here knows but does Japan have the same court artist thing as the US? If so I want to see if they draw the criminals in anime artstyles.
"Mr. Miyamoto, you are charged with the murder of 5 women, how do you plead?" and all we see is a drawing of goku on the stand.

Also holy fuck who designed Epsteins house? They were retarded as hell, or maybe Epstein was if he ordered there to be carpet in the bathroom. People I knew who had absolutely no taste but alot of money at least knew to make their humongous bathrooms have all tile flooring. Might as well have wood flooring in your kitchen, it's just asking for problems.

I always had a suspicion that Steve Jobs' wife was doing something incredibly shady behind the curtains. It would explain why they liked abusing their children so much.
Ghislaine gives me Baroness from GI joe vibes but if she was an unsavory evil, as opposed to just like a weapons trafficker.

She got tiddy like the Baroness that's for sure.
A femme fatale? Yeah I got those vibes too, and it's kind of sickening to think there are probably people not only in this thread falling for a pedophile because mommy milkers.

The deposition was great leading up to this. Trump, Clinton AND Andrew all named. She denied any of the three were ever on the island or that the victims were ever around them.

Then the trial is just witness after witness and piles of evidence about maralago, Clinton, Andrew, all on top of the mountain against her, herself.

I was concerned when one of the lawyers was sick, I'm glad they are back to work.

Trial is set to enter its third week on Thursday.
Ms Maxwell’s lawyers are likely to present a battery of witnesses — as high as 35 — with the court expected to resume the trial on Thursday this week after a three-day recess starting Monday. [a]

Bill's gonna take the stand and say, "I did not have sex. With children. On Epstein Island."

I remember seeing that carpet thing in England all the time when I lived there. Seriously, carpeted floor from the front door to the wall of the bath tub. If I had to guess, that particular piece of interior design came from Maxwell.

Prince Andrew’s secret settlement deal to be made public, as socialite ‘too fragile’ to testify [a]
vf-21-week-1-maxwell-trials.png
Ghislaine is “unlikely” to testify in her defence as she is “too fragile”, It comes as two judges in New York ruled that a secret Jeffrey Epstein settlement deal that Prince Andrew says shields him from a sexual assault lawsuit should be made public.

The deal was signed in 2009 between Epstein and Virginia Roberts Guiffre, who is suing Prince Andrew for allegedly having sex with her three times when she was 17.

He strongly denies the allegations.

The royal’s attorneys say the settlement protects him from liability over Ms Roberts Guiffre’s civil suit and filed to dismiss the lawsuit.

Two Manhattan federal judges signed a joint order on Tuesday to make the document public on or about 3 January, and gave a deadline of 22 December to show “good cause” to keep it secret.
