Direct copy of the video, because I refuse to give Fiona a view, and if she takes it down or edits it, I want this original copy to stay up. (Jersh, plz no bully for wasting server space with this trash)

It's got all the hallmarks of "I saw this one thing and now I want to do it" but none of it hits right. All the subtletly of a brick through a window, the guy at least was halfway believable but the woman was reading her script like a Garth Marenghi performance and not unironically, the music was trying to be tense but all it felt like was a "omg guys this is sooo scary" alarm to tell you it's a dramatic scene. Shit like this has been done before and ten times better, the 50's vibe off-setting a scary backdrop is past cliche now and I don't see how the fuck it cost $20k to make a $5k short.

Pretty sure her and her brother outsourced a lot of jobs instead of learning to do it themselves. I get the impression they were always expecting other people to foot the bill via crowdfunding so they didn't worry too much about the budget.
I get the impression that Fiona had the "idea", and the 20k went to someone writing a script for her idea and someone editing her idea, while she only actually "directed" the actors poorly.

The fucking newspaper is laminate paper. Why? A quick search later and I found a site that makes 100% authentic looking newspapers for ~$80. If you can't fucking be bothered to spend some of that $20,000 on a custom newspaper, are you even trying? Then again, I know exactly why they chose laminate paper, you can safely clean it of coof rabies between takes.

Just a reminder everyone $55,000!

Also, she hired a production company, there is zero chance she spent any time shopping for newspapers. She just used whatever the production company had.

It’s that time of year again.

It also feels like there was more footage then what was shown, or what was filmed was so bad the editor just cut together whatever he felt was the best they could. Simply put, you can polish a turd, but it's still a turd.

Look, I'm not going to go hard on Fiona's film, at least she went out, rustled up some grift bucks and managed to produce something with it.

What has Mica done besides soft-core cosplay shoots? Ky yelling loudly? Michael and Lindsay being fat parents? Barb blowing higher ups for a management position?

Spending money that isn't your own doesn't count as doing something. Give me Jeff Bezos' credit card and I too can make a vanity project.

You're just a racist woman hater.

So Hembo has decided to put his videos all back up but will not be making any more

Good. I miss those compilations being a look into the good old days. Just missing the Ryan compilation

I can guess why he decided to bring his content public again:

Someone else is editing up some highlights, so between at least wanting to give some people who enjoyed his edits back and, to at least be a bit spiteful.

Regardless, I'm going to archive his video, incase.

Mica is still doing her own thing, and that includes being a part of a DnD group that streams to youtube, and is still a part of Critical Role. Fiona having grifted to make a crappy rendition of No Exit doesn't mean she's improving, it just means she knew loyalist from Rooster Teeth would crowd fund her project for the sake of good boy points. Should she be praised for releasing her film in a timely manner? I guess, unless someone comes out and says if they had more time to edit it the film the film would be better. Everyone else listed as far as I'm concerned is on borrowed time unless they finally realize something else needs to be done.

With how far RT has fallen, I have a feeling RTX 22 will be a massive flop, and good for the LULZ.
RTX used to be where fans would harvest each and every one of their dream parasocial relationships. It's going to be really funny watching that be a lot more difficult for thirsty fans given there's a harsh enforcement of the stereotypical set of covid 19 measures. I assume there's also going to be quite the spotlight on the on-screen personalities as well due to the ryan haywood stuff still being in the recent past.

That's right, RoosterTeeth fans. No more smooching Barbara.

They'll probably still frame it as a "massive, successful convention".
Honestly, all you need is a sneak peek at the next volume of RWBY, a premiere of an episode of Death Battle, and the panels that come with them, and most people will leave satisfied.

Get ready to hop into a time machine to the fall of 2020.
