It might not contain mRNA but your cells still have to transcribe the DNA into mRNA, so that distinction isn't terribly important. The only real difference is it's packaged in an adenovirus shell instead of a LNP. These have been known to cause significant and even fatal immune reactions.

J&J has been one plus a booster for a few weeks or months now. I'd anticipate the booster being canonized and J&J becoming a 2-dose series if it survives to FDA approval.

Always remember, you can not trust the same government that signed off on Tuskeegee to enable the same industry that said Oxycontin was safe to push out an untested shot without dire consequences.

I'm not aware of any untested shots being pushed out, but it is a good idea to look at things published by other governments and academia to see if they generally agree. There's many billions of dollars at stake, everyone is trying to discredit everyone else.

There simply hasn't been the time for long-term tests of side effects; we have no way of knowing what will happen five years from now and we gave Big Pharma (You know, the most corrupt industry on the planet besides the financial industry) blanket immunity.
