So today I learned that Jazz is 5'2". He looks taller on the show and when he interacts with his siblings, I was surprised. This means that his BMI is north of 40.
Another castrati troon, Nikkie Tutorials, is 6'5" and people have speculated that he's tall because he was on Lupron, so his growth plates didn't close until later. With Jazz being a hobbit, does this mean that puberty-blocking can't really do much to influence height?
Also does this mean Sander is like 5'6"?

Sander is allegedly 5’8”. Judging by this photo that puts Jaron in the 5’5”-5’6” range. He’s definitely taller than Ari.


At 5’5 and over 240 lbs, Jaron would have a BMI of 40 which is just over the severely obese line.

Messing with sex hormones does affect the closure of the growth plates (which stop your long bones growing) but they will close at some point and probably have already. A later growth spurt is not that unusual even for normal boys AFAIK.

Because bone growth is being messed with hormonally (more growth with the same amount of minerals being laid down = less dense bones) the answer to your second question is “probably yes,” although who knows if it applies in Jazz’s case. I am personally more worried about his joints.
