Doesn’t the occurrence of autoandrophilia in all these women just show that the thinking about paraphilias was wrong though? It reminds me a bit of autism; people thought autism was way more common in boys but it turned out that they had developed the diagnostic tools almost exclusively using boys, so it created a feedback loop where autistic girls’ symptoms were missed, so those symptoms weren’t considered part of the symptoms needed for diagnosis, so they kept being missed, etc…

It definitely would not surprise me if female paraphilias are just way more subtle (ie they don’t usually take over their lives like men’s do) but that they are way more common than people think.

Someone posted a fanfiction excerpt here a dozen or so pages back where the female writer just straight out described autoandrophilia (via the fictional character). Only being able to enjoy sex when you imagine yourself as male + Internet coomerism + social contagion = Gaydens

A couple of months ago I started reading this thread from page 1 (with a very “live and let live” mindset) and 3432 pages later, I’m team Terf. The only evil I see is the hatred, misogyny, and violent threats towards women- and more importantly- the destruction and mutilation of our children.

More than anything I’m just glad to be informed and aware of the type of evil out there lurking,. My corner of the internet doesn’t have anything remotely trans friendly or trans focused at all, and I had no idea how pervasive this ideology was. My heart breaks for all the children out there being told in no uncertain terms that their changing, awkward, normal bodies are *wrong*. How devastating it is to know that parents, peers, governments, authorities are out here enforcing an ideology that sterilizes our children and teaches them that their very being is fundamentally wrong. These young men and women will suffer a lifetime of unhappiness, always behind their peers and never able to experience the simple joys of life.

So many kids today are gonna be so angry when they realize they can’t start a family or find a partner willing to carry their baggage. I bet we see a mass suicide rate in the near future as the enormity of the absolute destruction starts hitting these people.

Otoh female antidepressant use is about double that of men, and has been increasing for years. Might suggest that women have more anxiety on average (they definitely do have more social anxiety and self esteem issues specifically). Anxiety is closely linked with both anorexia and cutting, which used to be the most popular self-harming mental illnesses for white girls. Becoming a genderspecial / Gayden has the same social contagion vector that eating disorders did back in the day, so maybe it also has the same root causes.
