Is that Cas Anvar? He was on Star Trek Continues, then on The Expanse before he got fired last year after an investigation "over 30 allegations of sexual harassment and assault". I don't think the results of the investigation were ever revealed and I'm not aware of any of his many rapes going through the legal process. I do think it's a probably a coincidence that he got Vic'ed after working with him, but it's a weird one for sure.

The majority of the people who were in KickVic when it started moved on after Chupp's ruling because by that point they got what they wanted. My contempt for Chupp isn't just that he emboldened the people within the industry/fandom that keep screwing with him, he gave the KickVic people like MarzGurl, HanLeia etc what they really wanted which was for him to be blacklisted from the industry and humiliated.

The small group of KickVic people who are still active aren't going to stop until he's dead.

Simply put there are legit complaints with NFTs such as a lot of them coming off as scams/money laundering thus SJWs hate them. Anything SJWs hate or people that are associated with what they hate must not only be bad but also evil. These people shamelessly believe in guilt by association so much that they make Joseph McCarthy look like a boy scout by comparison.

That's not really why they hate them, though. Crypto in general is seen as associated with libertarian thought and anti-authoritarianism, so they hate it really for that reason alone. To be fair the adoption profile so far is pretty sus.
