Phil says this to mock the viewers but he doesn’t realize that culling you audience down to 50 fans is going to have a negative impact of on support. Phil has been coming off as more entitled as of late. Maybe Phil was conditioned to expect money and gifts around Christmas or Phil is watching the world where he was once the center of attention is falling to pieces.

That would be Wells Fargo. When he was there, he was a mortgage processor. This was during the time when all you needed was a pulse and a body temperature of 98.5 to get a home loan. Before he got fired, Phil reported a female co-worker for having a romantic relationship with one of the managers there. To whom? That manager's boss!

Apparently, that upper manager was good friends with the guy and knew about their relationship and he was cool with it. It didn't break company policy, as the relationship wasn't done on company time. Phil thought that he was "doing the right thing." and he was "moving on up in the company." That manager and woman got wind of what was happening and decided to report Phil to HR. After he got fired, he cashed out his 401K from Wells Fargo and went to Evo that year.

That's the story Phil tells. However, it could be for a number of reasons why he got fired, but as far as him reporting his co-workers relationship, he claims that "why he was let go." from there, as he felt that "they had it out for him."

Wait, he actually said that he snitched on his co-worker? Damn, PigPigGo sucks, I could not find that. That sounds like Phil tho, he probably thought that if he reported it, they'd get fired and he could have the manager's job.

Also, how can you work in an office that does predatory lending and not learn how to sus out scammy bullshit? Phil learned nothing, which would be par for the course.

His logic is that because the Spiderman movie made obscene amounts of money, the entertainment industry is thriving and therefore no one should be struggling to donate to their favorite streamers
Of course that doesn't make sense because not only is the No Way Home one hell of a cherry pick, as even other Marvel movies have struggled to make decent returns (Black Widow and Shang-Chi), but he himself has cried about what a "slow year for games this has been" because, you know, everyone's struggling with the fucking pandemic.
The 'rona has also been his go-to excuse for why he and his introvert wife never leave the house except for groceries and restaurant visits so who the fuck is he to say "ackshullay people aren't struggling anymore"?
His entitlement is warped beyond belief because he's been making bank these past few months, and he can't feasibly explain how he's still poor at this point.
