Ok so I know that Trisha is an insane BPD maniac and so nothing she says can be trusted, but I want this to be true so sharing this revelation from the Trisha thread:
Ethan is apparently in a "very dark place" at the moment. She and Moses privately contacted him to ask him not to comment due to the hate this attracted, and she'd stopped making content about him. Ethan and Hila purportedly knew about the wedding well in advance, and it was the only date available for the wedding at their venue this year (I still am pretty sure Trisha was still thrilled it was the day before Hila's birthday, but if this is true it's plausible deniability).
Hila is apparently seething at Ethan as he forgot to mention anything publicly about her birthday because he was too busy sperging about the wedding. I don't know how she'd know this unless Hila was still in touch with Moses (which could also tie in with Hila bugging Ethan to delete the video where he slags off her brother).
She also mentioned that her and Ethan had previously bonded over their shared experience of fat shaming, as apparently Hila and Ethan's mother constantly shit on him about his weight off camera.

I watched Turkey Tom‘s Video just earlier and was stunned by how much Ethan changed from
the time he had the lawsuit and fupa happening, to now. Not just his appearance, but his voice, speech pattern and personality changed so drastically over this timespan.

"contaminated our studio" um, what? Since when has COVID impacted an entire studio beyond repair for weeks? The follow-up of "everyone is fine" to me reads none of them have COVID so how can they not just have a cleaning company come in and sanitize things? Plausible explanations:
- Ethan and/or his staff have been exposed to/tested positive for/shown symptoms of covid and they have to self isolate for 10 days and he doesn't want people to worry (unlikely given he'd usually milk it)
- Ethan, discovering a YouTube suspension on his account (that he doesn't even use anymore) has decided this is a good excuse for a fortnight off by extending it with covid
- Hila and Ethan are actually experiencing a marital breakdown
