I think that her father was more religious. In the past they talked about him disapproving of their degenerate YouTube content. But he passed away a few years ago. I doubt her mother is that serious, considering she supported Moses marrying Trisha.

Eh. Hannukah you definitely could do, and can even frame it as the indigenous Jews fighting against the evil colonizing Greek imperials. That's not even a false framing, technically. Some good food choices, candle lighting, can talk about Judah "The Hammer" Maccabeus smashing boy-loving Greekoids with his righteous hammer, etc. I think the Jews even fought an elephant during the Maccabean revolt, which is pretty impressive.

Yom Kippur would be in bad taste and is not something celebrated, as it centers on penance and asking forgiveness (though he could use it to ask forgiveness for all the stupid shit he's said and done in the past year).

Rosh Hashanah, which is right after Yom Kippur, would be a better option as that's a holiday celebrating the Jewish new year. Some good food, but not as exciting as Christmas.

Sukkot would also be a good choice as that's a holiday arising out of a harvest festival, so it involves lots of interesting aesthetics (you're supposed to build a Sukkah, which is a covered wood structure, outside and hang lots of greenery and stuff around) and eating food outside and stuff. Also get to shake around weird citrus fruits at people.

Passover is probably also in bad taste and boring, as it's very ceremonial and all the food is meh (except for Charoset, which is a mixture of apples, walnuts, wine, cinnamon, and sugar). A little too pro-Israel, too (you're supposed to end the Passover ritual celebration with a statement of "Next year in Jerusalem", which suggests Jews should actually be in Israel and that would not mix well with his progressive virtue signaling).

Purim is probably the best option, as it involves celebrating escape from genocide and involves dressing up in costume, dancing and singing, and eating good food, especially hamantashen which is a three-cornered pastry with a fruit (or chocolate, nutella, etc.) filling in the center. Can also frame this in a progressive way for obvious reasons. Edit: Also the Purim story is somewhat feminist as it involves a smart and beautiful Jewish woman who is selected as the king's consort and saves the Persian Jews using her brains and position, so good progressive bona fides can be found in Purim.
