It's that time of year again:
The following thread is a placeholder and primer for the DSP Christmas event.
This year is the FIFTH annual Christmas marathon for DSP. Below is some lore and relevant videos on the event in past years.
This event is worthy of massive speculation, as the Christmas marathons tend to have a substantial amount of gold dust, retconning, and revisionism. The first 2017 event was initially a pity party, and over the years it has now morphed into a pseudo-begathon.
Speculation gives us an opportunity to predict the nature of this event, as well as have a little fun with a Bingo card. But before we can speculate, here is the schedule as of 12/20/2021.

Areas of Speculation
The point of this thread is to discuss what could happen during the marathon and ATK, and I have organized a few topics worth debating:
1. DRINKING: Will he drink? And if he does, what happens when he gets pig-tipsy?
DSP has claimed he will be drinking during the Christmas marathon, and he will be choosing hard liquor over beer (beer being the usual holiday choice for the pig).
Up until 2020 it was a bannable offense to ask Dave to drink during the marathon. This was in response to the 2018 event where he acted all muh depreshun following like 3 beers. Keep in mind Kat was already living in the WAkhando during this event.

2. TIPS GOAL: Will there be a Tips Goal? What will the Tips Goal be?
If you can believe it, there has only ever been one tips goal in the history of the Holiday Event. It was set at 2k back in 2019. Will there be a goal this year?
If there is a goal will almost certainly eclipse 1k, but it is unclear how much. Also, will he hit this large goal?
Keep in mind, in 2020 he was super specific about not having a tips goal we will see if 2021 is as "chill".
3. RAGE QUIT: Will there be a rage quit or a bored quit for one of the following games?
Most marathons get a bored quit or two, especially after the first 20-30 minutes. What games have this potential? It should be noted RE4 and Skyrim are supposed to be transitioned into regular playthroughs after this marathon.
4. MASSIVE 1K+ TIP: Will there be a large tip from Planet Dead Wife or another whale?
The reason for the stream. Will the paypigs come out in force? Will PDW get work off or will the usual 1minuteman 25 tip come through?
These are the main areas I believe will get touched on, some more far fetched than others. Please do what you do best and add your own topics of speculation, this is just a starting point.
After some discussion I will add a bingo card for those who are looking to play along.

5. Parents Health: Will Mr. and Ms. Burnell and their health make a sob-filled appearance?
6. 10+1+1+1 Year Legacy Segment

Although there was no explicit "tips goal" there was hard begging from Dave who was famously asking for donations to "save the house". It was during the usual holiday Ask the King session where he received 1k from Santa Claus.
From 2017 onward the holiday marathon became a key event in the begging calendar for Dave, right up there with Tax season, the annual summer drama and Thanksgiving.
The past events and videos have been covered significantly, including the older videos of Dave and Leanna decorating the tree with commentary on Christmas. My personal favorite that I often go back to during the holiday season are Tevin's videos on both the 2017 marathon and the Back in Time series.
