Ooh boy, Sander and Hope did a live together. Sander had gone to his influencer agency and the other influencers "made him start drinking wine at 5pm" so he's a bit tipsy and maybe spills more than he should.
I've downloaded it but can't get the video to upload here (probably too big) so here's my notes:
Basically, they met because Hope yelled at him for being cringe on social media (lol). They go on multiple dates after this episode, including Sander flying by himself (plus camera crew) to D.C. in episode 8-9 specifically to see her, at which point he apparently cries about something. Hope jokes about the audience trying to figure out if her and Sander have sex. They allude to there being big revelations stemming from the hot tub conversation "which are still developing" but they can't talk about it. Peppermint is fat and Sander does not have sex with her, and Sander expresses exasperation with his mother for discussing his sex life when he'd repeatedly told her his sex life was private (but Jeanette doesn't understand that word). He's apparently insecure about his hairline.
If I had to guess, Sander caves and sucks the ladydick but eventually breaks it off with Hope, but he's maybe dating another trans woman now.

Sander joins the call and seems a bit uncomfortable, while Hope is definitely flirting. Hope mentions that people really liked the episode and enjoyed it. They start talking about the fall on the ice, and then Sander interrupts by panning over to Griffin, who starts yelling about Hope being "even better in real life".
They allude to having pasta (or Hope making Sander pasta?) later in the season (because Sander had pasta on his shirt) but "can't go into anything else" yet, which implies another date or something.
Hope lives in D.C. and flew in especially to see Sander.
They talk about the dating conversation. Hope says there's a lot of nuance to the conversation, and she wanted to have that conversation on screen to send a message to trans girls watching. She talks about wanting to take her time and not needing to feel pressure to find someone, and saying it's fine to "vibe with someone" and just enjoy that (cope?)
Sander talks about growing and evolving since the episode, but says there's more episodes to go. However he says things since the conversation in the hot tub have really changed. He doesn't want to spoil the rest of the season but he says he's "really proud of everything". In episode 8/9 Sander goes to D.C. to spend time alone with Hope, and apparently cries about something. He also says that Hope "has an idea" of his biggest takeaways from the season but everyone else will need to wait and find out (Hope smiles like a cat that got the cream).
Hope hopes that everyone keeps watching to learn from it and not just to try and figure out if her and Sander are doing "dirty things behind the camera". She wants people to take away that dating is a human experience and it's not about who has sex with who, or who ends up with who, it's about the exchange of interaction and treating people how they deserve to be treated (at this Sander reveals a tank top with pride flags spelling out "HUMAN", saying "We are all just human, people").
They decide to address how Hope feels about the comments made in the hot tub (as in "I don't think I want to suck a dick"). They've talked about it with each other a lot.
Sander and Hope met online because apparently Hope told him he needed to give black trans women space - "you're taking up a lot of space from black trans voices and need to move away". From that they had a relationship of being honest and holding each other accountable.
Hope is fine, the comments didn't bother her, she understood the concept. She tells trans women considering bottom surgery not to allow anyone's opinion about it to make you decide what's best for you, and "your person will love you no matter what surgery you have", but it's important you get clarity. Basically she wants people not to give Sander shit on social media, and she says we've all had growth moments and it's just Sander's having his on television - at this point Sander interjects and says "and mine is still happening now, and I can't talk about it anymore than I can today" and how the conversation in the hot tub is something that he thought a lot about, and by the end of the season he shares a lot more of his thoughts and opinions on it.
He then says "When I date someone and if something's actually progressing I won't be afraid to share it with the world". Someone in the chat asks if this is a secret to do with Peppermint and Sander replies "No, it's not a Peppermint secret, it has more to do with me or more to do with Hope". He also says in relation to the scene with his mother and Grandma Jackie "Well, she was... not sober". Hope laughs about that scene and Sander expresses exasperation, explaining he told his mother not to talk about his sex life publicly and to keep it to herself or to talk to him privately about it.
Sander complains that his hair is messy because he'd put on his "Sandy Claws" hat for a cameo (
) and Hope gushes that she prefers his hair messy because he looks like Eric Forman from That 70s Show when it's combed (...actually pretty spot on). Sander says he was going to say something really funny about his hair, but it relates to a secret about his hair that he can't spill but that Hope knows - but it's not really a secret, it's an "obvious" secret that you'll notice if you watch the episode more closely. Hope compares it to the "Ray J hat situation" - this refers to when Ray J made an appearance on Love and Hip Hop and his hat kept moving all over the place between shots, because he has a "stress spot" bald spot on the side of his head that he tries to cover up, so this is either about Sander messing with his hair to hide his receding hairline or Sander has developed a bald spot. Sander says "it is what it is".
He says to anyone watching this who is a hater - "well, you know what, you're also a motivator" (aw, thanks Sander) and we need to start spreading love instead of hate. Hope says it's better to not engage directly with haters and let people "just talk to themselves", demonstrating a level of self awareness that shows why she is considerably less of a cow than Sander.
We also learn that the ice skating scene was filmed 5 months ago, so that gives an idea of the time lag between the show and real life. Hope mentions she's in Mexico for Christmas.
