US Joe Biden News Megathread - The Other Biden Derangement Syndrome Thread (with a side order of Fauci Derangement Syndrome)

Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

So then what's the point of his new criminal charges? They simultaneously want to send him to prison & make desperate moves to put him there but they won't pull on the one lever allegedly guaranteed to work?
Concepts of state power forbid the state to hold the state accountable for actions they commit.

Sending Trump, a former President to jail would signal that no one is above the law. This cannot happen. The state must always reign supreme for the very concept of the state to even function in its present form. They will arrest, blater and gyrate to the media about it, but behind closed doors no one wants this.

We have multiple posters here. Judging by the profane, smug tone of @Jet Fuel Johnny 's post he was a mid-senior enlisted man, I don't know his rank exactly, but he was in the Army during the late Cold War and Storm back when we actually had an Army, so he knows how not to fuck up from a ground level view. He also knows exactly what a clusterfuck is, since that's the US Army's default operating posture. @JosephStalin has admitted he was a high-ranking staff officer in the Air Force back when the Air Force was more than a bunch of pole-smoking faggots and trannies, so he has a high-level view of how not to fuck up. Funnily enough they both seem to be in agreement on what an abnormal, above and beyond the call of duty clusterfuck the Biden withdrawal was.
Just like Trump, I think the brick walls are closing in on us. So many bombshells to debate, but nothing of substance once rebutted.

Either these schizos aren't American, or they're crazy enough to shrug off lower quality of life if it means to quarrel with autists online. And for Biden too, strangely enough... But, I guess that's because Blumpf is his opposition.

Joe Biden has officially confirmed to ABC News that he’s still running for President of the Senate running for re-election come 2024, and jokingly said it will be even more exciting if Donald Trump is running at the same time.
>"Yes," the president replied. "But look, I'm a great respecter of fate. Fate has intervened in my life many many times. If I'm in the health I'm in now -- from a good health. And, in fact, I would run again."
Odd of him to suggest that there's even a possibility he won't be healthy enough to start campaigning in 2023.

Have to share+archive the video from this. Wow. Where does this even come from? Is there any credence to unvaccinated people spreading covid worse than vaccinated ones? I just don't understand what they are getting at here from their perspective - what does this do exactly from a health standpoint?

There is a minuscule difference that is negligible

" this study unfortunately also highlights that the vaccine effect on reducing transmission is minimal"
" fully vaccinated individuals with breakthrough infections have peak viral load similar to unvaccinated cases and can efficiently transmit infection"

as always the "listen to the science" people don't actually know the science and mean "listen to whatever guy is on CNN"

Why do his handlers let the lugenpresse ask these questions?

It looks like Biden's mandate is heading to the Supreme Court one week before the current stay is due to be lifted. This could be a humiliating loss for him. Let's hope Roberts doesn't cuck.

Local hospitals are already mad that the mandates and their injunctions have been patchwork so far, and all the lower courts have been begging SCOTUS in their rulings to settle it for them. Basically nothing can be done either way until the issue is resolved nationally. Pray.

This will be Roberts' (and SCOTUS) true test of loyalty.

If they rules for the mandate, the doomers who had been insisting that they're the same branch of the Uniparty are proven right beyond doubt.
If they don't... well, I daresay things actually might be looking up from that point onwards.

We've pretty much proven that Fauci funded the research that created COVID in the first place, and he's still around.

There's NOTHING that will actually sink in with the "true believers."

Fauci is part of the elite.

Yeah, I doubt he makes it that long.

Fauci is part of the elite.

Quick, name one thing Biden has done since entering office that has directly improved your life. And no, yourself doesn't count. :(
He has directly improved my relationship with killing. Of what/whom it's not really clear yet but I don't fear the reaper.

Higher gas prices for Xmas, spin that Sleepy Joe!

At this point it appears the universe actively hates Joe Biden. Every time he gets a mild win (10 cent drop in prices) something comes flying out of the wood work to smack him down.

He is the Charlie Brown of presidents.

Why do some of you think it will be only Roberts who cucks on the mandates?

You all know perfectly well we have a high chance of seeing Kavanaugh, Roberts, and ACB all bitch out to appease creatures who hate them.

Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan are givens, based on their refusal to hear any mandate appeals so far and how they went on the CDC eviction moratorium case. Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas have also pretty clearly signalled their positions. Kavanaugh is the one who made the call to bring the 2 federal mandates that had emergency appeals filed to the USSC. I find this a good sign, in context of what's happened with the other appeals so far. Barrett is in play, IMO - she declined one mandate appeal, but that was a state, not a federal mandate, which is a critical distinction, and she joined the majority on shooting down the CDC moratorium. Roberts I give worse odds of coming around on this than Barrett -- while he matched her behavior on the CDC and state mandate stuff, his track record on post-ACA cases that involve politically-charged expansions of state power is depressing, to put it politely.

TLDR; I think Barrett is going to be the deal maker or breaker.

Barrett has whined piteously stuff to the effect that she doesn't want the SCOTUS seen as a political institution. That to me is a sign that she is willing to bitch out under media pressure from creatures who hate her guts. Craving for institutional approval is a cancer.

I would not be surprised to see Barnes vindicated regarding Lagoa in the coming case.
