To be fair, nobody has gone to trial yet for 1/6. So far, we have only seen plea deals where some leniency was granted for not wasting everyone's time, showing contrition, and having a clean record. Fortunately for us, none of these apply to Baked.
I have the feeling that those who want to test their luck with going to trial are doing everything possible not to be the "test case." Eventually, someone will have to step up to bat and once that domino falls, I think we will see everyone else follow suit with whatever they think will be advantageous.
As I've stated before in this thread, I have no reason to believe Baked is some sort of federal asset and nobody has ever been able to offer any proof to the contrary. He has nothing to offer them in any capacity. There was no grand conspiracy behind 1/6. It's a meme used to disparage Baked and maybe it's been so effective that it really has blurred the lines for many. With that said, I fully encourage everyone to spread the word that he is in cahoots with the government, but if we are to be serious amongst ourselves, there is nothing to it and I openly invite anyone who disagrees to make their case.

I totally get that him inserting himself into all these controversies starts to get people's glow sense tingling. It's not irrational to think something more is afoot, but Baked Alaska just isn't the type of person any government agency would want to handle. He's a train wreck of a jackass who has the biggest mouth that has no filter when it come to being honest. Quite frankly, he is a delusional narcissist who is caught up living so many lies that I think he has lost all sense of self. He accused Luis Theroux of being jealous of him because brown people love him and he is kissing PAWGS and just today, he was adamant in the claim that Jim Hoft is jealous of him for exposing Epps as a fed. Mind you, he can rationalize all of this while also carrying out Epps' calls to go inside the Capitol.
I will grant you that it is within the realm of possibility that he is being more cooperative that he projects, as a means to garner more sympathy and support from gullible dolts who buy into his patriot fighting the state act, ostensibly to raise more money to fund his adolescent lifestyle of gambling and simping. However, to think he is being planted at these events to document extremist activity and not there filming under his own free will is entirely against his modus operandi. For example, he had several of his friends live stream the mace event that got him into trouble, not to mention he has recorded himself macing almost a dozen mostly innocent people who he antagonized, and also filmed himself tearing down the menorah. The guy is just a trouble making asshole with a camera who has a nose for misbehavior. In fact, I even warned several people to avoid being in his immediate vicinity at the Stop the Steal rallies because it was predictable that he would find himself in the middle of something stupid. As a bonus, this is also the idiot who created the situation where he has to report any contact with law enforcement to his parole officer because he called the cops twice on Chaggot after instigating fights in his car.
As far is the Ricky Vaughn case is concerned, I haven't followed it, but has there actually been any movement on it causing Ricky or Baked to take recent action? The whole thing is absurd to begin with.
Now to top it off, one would think with this laundry list of complex charges, that he would have retained some top notch legal advisor, but no. He literally hired a strip mall attorney who graduated from a now defunct for-profit law school with a 96% bar failure rate, who also moonlights as a real estate agent.
He is the poster child for bad decisions and I think we are all more than happy he is finally being held accountable for his actions. I just hate to wade into conspiratorial territory that there is more to it than him being an opportunistic grifter with zero impulse control. I cleary don't like the guy, but I don't let it cloud my judgement. Trust me, I'd love for him to be exposed as a low level informant and a petty snitch.
And it's not like he is entrenched with any groups that have extremist ties either or are planning on executing IRL fedposting. There is absolutely nothing of value inside his head that could be useful to prosecutors. It's literally all on tape; not because he wanted to doxx as many people as possible, but because he is desperate to obtain some level of fame and his only outlet is to stream and pander to an audience that cheers on and rewards his poor behavior, pushing him to be more of a jackass for the camera. It's a dopamine rush for someone who is a chronic addict.
Tldr; he's an exceptional shithead, nothing more, nothing less.
