After seeing the first one, I had to seek out the rest. Fucking wild. It really tells you all you need to know about the order, Jack talking up this talentless, unfunny hack is the shot in the foot of credibility you'd expect. I have done published work myself, and not only is this headscratching at the best of times, all elements of it are equally unpolished.
It's such a weird thing to look at, as it's just good enough to show the person thought about what they were doing, but it fails on every level. The least bad thing is the art as they're going for the Calvin and Hobbes newspaper look, but it still just looks like that crappy cartoon thing Facebook had that was popular a while back. The writing is just horrible, with the whole joke being that one girl is a feminist and the family likes traditional values, but even with such a simple concept they can't convey it visually, everything has to be done through text. It's like I get the joke, well not always as sometimes it's just vapid, but it's just not funny. I read through the archive and it got one laugh out of me, and that's because I thought there was a gay joke but it was actually a moral about friendship.

This shit reminds me of frats trying to recruit me in college.
