Which leads me to my next point; Phil mentioned when he was living in CT, his parents came to his mature adult house and saw the statues clogging up the space, along with the other worthless shit he bought. His mom sat Philliam down and said that he "needed to put some money away.", because the gravy train could easily end. Phil being Phil, and his parents being fucking stupid, he moved across the country to get as FAR away from them so they could not mingle into his financial affairs, and he stuffed those statues and other worthless bullshit in the nook.

What more proof do we need that Phil was born an asshole and there really wasn't anything anyone could do?

Mind you, I don't let his parents off the hook for the mistakes they made, because some other little boy raised by them certainly would've been negatively affected by their screw-ups, but Phil wasn't normal, at any point. The only thing that would've been different if Dave and Linda had been better parents is Phil's departure from their lives happening way sooner and being a greater degree of severance. I'm talking no contact whatsoever. That's exactly in line with literally every single instance of Phil being corrected no matter what year it is: complete and utter stupid defiance. The harder you hammer him for being a shit, and the sooner you do it, the sooner you go from seeing him to not.

Considering how many of its regulars are no longer pignotised, it makes sense to get rid of it. When even the mod in charge of the place knows how full of shit Phil is, you know that it is a liability.

My main question is why has it taken him so long. He could've been saving money for years without drawing attention to it by getting rid of the forums and instead Just using a free discord server. The only guess is that he was finally confronted with this recent atk questions thread failure (especially after a certain wheelchair brought up a taboo subject) that he doesn't want to have that be public.

Edit: He's already set up a thread on his forum for an ATK in march. Seems like he has no immediate plans to drop the forum like he's claiming.

I'm not caught up on the thread yet but I just updated the tracker and I have to say that today was probably the most pathetic "event" I've seen thus far in terms of tips. I always mention on my stream that the "50-bit bitches" are gone, but holy shit they are actually fucking gone. His entire existence is now completely predicated on the whims of a small handful of psycho retards, and I fucking love it.

Names that I have zero record of tipping prior will be colored yellow (i.e. obvious whale sock accounts)

Total tips received: $252
- $85 from "Justin R."
- $42 from "Santa claus"
- $40 from 1MM
- $30 from "Jeff Bernardo"
- $20 from "Lloyd Braun"
- $20 from dark maggot
- $15 from various remaining broke bois

So $177 out of $252 (70%) of the money received today was via large tips from obvious sock accounts (probably a decent chance was all from the same person).
Another $40 out of $252 (16%) was from 1MinuteMan's daily tithe.
Which leaves just $35 (14%) from his usual dentheads.

If you're talking about kghaleon, he instantly deletes any discussion about champions or any topic that is considered drama. He doesn't know how full of shit DSP is and does not care, and not so long ago he was vocal about deleting any content that started on kiwifarms.
He's the perfect mod for him, doesn't question, shuts down discourse and when evidence is in front of him he makes excuses or forgets about it. He also has a deep hatred for KF which makes him very loyal, at least when getting rid of things that the king of hate cannot face.

When it comes to free forums for them to use, DSP knows that there are free providers that would do the job just as well. He still chooses to spend money that could go to groceries because this is how a mature logical person would act.

It might have something to do with security since he has more control over his paid Invision service than he would over a free platform, he's too incompetent to handle anything that is not managed by an extra admin and what $$$ can give you.

With a Discord server people would do speedruns on getting banned, so at least that would be fun.
