She triggers the uncanny valley effect for me now. Some angles she used to look good, some angles she used to look oddly manly or misshapen. These days even when she looks OK something still feels off. Seeing those swimwear pics and her body shape in full actually changed how my brain interprets images of her.
Additionally the weight gain has done awful things to her face, but that's a part of pregnancy and I'm not one to shit on a mother to be for that, regardless of who the woman is. If she's lucky/diligent it will just be a phase.
