But you don’t need to generate a takedown notice. You don’t even need to go through a lawyer. The copyright claim system on YouTube is notoriously broken. Companies making bogus strikes against unfavourable reviews. Bots pretending to own royalty-free music and harvesting revenue from videos using it. YouTube is too big to monitor these things manually and always comes down on the side of the claimant. You’re throwing your money away by getting a lawyer involved.
