If appeals comes back in Vic’s favor, Nick should just reveal everything he’s been told by his sources within Funimation.

Nah... He might hold those cards in reserve for pending litigation. If it comes back and goes into discovery, Ty is going to have a field-day and be as vicious as he can.

I expect settlement shortly after with non-disparagement clauses and joint statements vindicating Vic--unless they want another year of bloodfest.

You have a better chance seeing pigs fly than seeing these two do a podcast where they “reveal everything”. If they weren’t going to reveal anything within the past two years or even the year before that, what makes you think they’re going to do so now? If they were really serious, they would’ve done this already, not care how many “haters” they attract and actually cause a large portion of people to change their opinions.

But let’s be real: we all know why they boast about doing it and not follow through with it….constantly…repeatedly.

One change was the timing of the event, happening either before or after the dinner, Maybe she realised the timing of the phone call with Michelle or another part of her story wouldn't work with the initial timing so she changed it (I don't remember if the initial version was the before version or the after version). Or maybe she actually misremembered the proper timing, that's quite a common mistake.

But the most significant change was Stan Dahlin's involvement. At first, Stan totally opened the door, asked her if everything was alright, and basically saved her from being raped. When Stan more or less said WTF on Twitter, she changed his involvement to simply knocking at the door and noticing her distress. But then Stan denied all of it, and suddenly, Stan was there but could notice her distress because she was covering her face...

But yeah, the reason why nobody believes her is because the evil Nick turned a patio into a balcony to make her totally true story sound false.

One of the writer/directors on Star Trek Continues. His name was on the open letter several of his Continues colleagues tweeted out condemning Vic after some Karen (Amy Imhoff) freaked out that he was going to be at LA Comic Con earlier this month. She got doxed after Vic was booted. In response, the fat mads on twitter rounded up several of his friends and associates on Star Trek Continues and got them to publicly denounce him. Those who added their name to the list were/are being doxed as well and reportedly complained to Vic about it.

James Kerwin actually had a panel at LA Comic Con, along with another STC alumni, Larry Nemecek, who tweeted out the open letter as well. Both appeared with Vic on a Star Trek podcast together last year following the death of Grant Imahara, who played Sulu on the show. You have to bend the knee if you want to get invited to these big events.

Oh, and according to his promo, he also directed @Svetlana's short film, When the Train Stops.

I have more confidence in monica, being the thirsty girl(?) she is, to actually go through with something she says, and I agree with @TexOffender, this is a good chance to get their "story" straight on a podcast owned by mostly likely a simp.

"Funimation is still alive and growing"

That's because it's now a monopoly owned by Sony. At this point them still being around and growing is a bad thing. These people still act like Funimation is the underdog to 4Kids (A company that is long dead) and is a respectable company that listens to fan feedback.

Here's a news flash to these idiots : It's not perpetually 2007. A lot has happened in the past 15 years. The company you call Funimation simply isn't what it used to be. In addition to the problems with some of the dub script adaptations which when brought to their attention was met with not only negative but condescending and elitist attitudes, they're also moving from the building they were located at in Flower Mound, TX to an office complex in Dallas.

The Funimation that fought to fix the translations issues on One Piece (Zoro being called Zolo, Marines being called Navy etc.) and offered a product worth buying (The Fullmetal Alchemist DVD set that included a replica of the watch) is gone. It's never coming back.

I feel as though some of the people who still support Funimation think in a delusional sense that company is still what it was in 2007.

Managed to find this again after the original uploader took it down, this student project video from 1996 showcases what Funimation was like during the very early days of the company. Someone who is mentioned in the video is Carly Hunter, she went on to become of the main producers at Funimation during it's golden age (She doesn't work there anymore) and who also knew Chris Sabat which is how he first got involved with the company and Dragon Ball Z.

You know thinking back to the claims of Chris Sabat's casting couch and his influence at Funimation. I have to wonder if Funimation was always like this to an extent. Even in the late 2000s/early 2010s during the height of the company's popularity, fans were complaining about hearing the same voices over and over again in their dubs but back then they were able to hide behind the fact that there was a recession going on and that the anime industry was going through a rough period of a lack of good content (this was at a time when series like Oreimo were coming out).

Well this is just food for thought here, I found a old divorce record of Chris's. It's not mentioned in his wiki or imdb or basically anywhere just his current marriage. It ended in 2004 around the same time he founded okatron 5000. I wonder if she found out he was fucking the "talent", for contracts and left his ass as she was the one that filed for the divorce. Very interesting.
