Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

The sudden embrace of federalism and shrinking of the quarantine is an interesting play. Too early to tell why they decided to do it. It'll be an interesting couple of weeks.
It’s the only chance they have to salvage the 2022 elections. COVID was supposed to be over last summer and everything fully open with Biden at the helm of a booming economy and an approval rating in the 70s. Things are only getting worse and more restrictions and mandates will wipe out what’s left of the economy. They’re trying to protect vulnerable dems that up for re-election.

Only TPTB and their stooges think these minor changes are of any weight. To the vast majority of Americans, if you still have to wear a mask and see St. Fauci of the Big Pharma Cross on MSM, then the covid nonsense is still at full throttle. DC hacks are so stuck in their little bubble that they think Americans will interpret these super slight changes as anything at all.

We could learn a lot from that. Aliens could learn nothing from us.
That's a pretty arrogant statement, tbh. Would aliens have no interest in xenobiology just because you say so? Hell, they may not be interested in our culture and idiocy, sure. But if they've mastered the stars, they may just decide we're worth investigating, or if not us, our biosphere. Doesn't have to mean it will be all Star Trek. We might not even know they were here, if they have that kind of technology.

I thought the exact same thing at first, but you can browse some of their other products here and figure it out:

I cannot tell if they decided to troll Biden this week as well or what is going on.

If there is a legal argument to be made against private employers mandating a vaccine, I pray that someone, somewhere, versed in legalese is able to bring it to national attention.
Yeah, and it's an easy one. None of the available vaccines are FDA approved and, as such, require a de-facto waiver of liability. A business can not mandate that you waive your rights to sue as a condition for continued employment.

What is wrong with Mormons?
Individually, nothing.
Ideologically:
>golden tablets
>"Reformed Egyptian" language
>native americans = lost tribe of israel
>Kolob

Really Mormonism is a bizarrely fascinating UFO religion before UFO religions were actually a thing. It takes very recent scientific discoveries (like the discovery of the Rosetta Stone, which made translation of Egyptian possible; and of course the various advancements in astronomy at the time) and then tries to insert them into a very Americanized version of Christianity. Nobody should take Mormonism seriously, but it exists and people believe it so... it can't be helped, can it?

Oh no. You should not have asked this question. Now Pandora's box has been opened and the fabric of this thread's reality will be torn asunder.

Real talk though, never met one I didn't like and they aren't exactly known for "trucks of peace" and such, so it doesn't bother me. I've found some of the sect's claims interesting/compelling, but those get undermined by other more exceptional things, like the so-called "magic underwear" and men celestial kingdoms.

So they are "American Gods" version of Christianity. Some crazy hodgepodge of a religion and Americana.

Every religion is a prescription for how to live successfully. Mormonism is about frontier life. Commandments to wear long johns and keep a year's worth of supplies. Talk about injuns and negroes. Multiple wives for dealing with widows and limited access to possible partners. The promise of an afterlife where you rule over all the land. It's entirely of its time.
