I don't think it's a secret bill because he has no problem begging for money and genuinely, truly believes he deserves to have his lifestyle paid for. Call it narcissism, call it autism, call it jaw-droppingly shameless but he thinks his expectations with money are reasonable so he has no reason to self-censor. Ditto Twitch, he has no problem slamming websites that displease him even when he's totally dependent on them.

Whatever this is, it's something he knows will make him either look guilty or look like a jackass even if he tries to spin it. My guess is that somebody he can't ignore (Kat, his parents, or a whale) told him his "job" is ridiculous and he can't do it for the rest of his life.

Yes, no question. In early 2020 Phil was hit simultaneously with the foreclosure, the bankruptcy, and Nigel doxing members of his WWE Champions guilds until they booted him. I'd have to look up the exact number but as of late 2021 the total number of guilds that booted Phil is probably in the high single/low double digits. But back to Phil, he was entirely calm and complacent about the foreclosure/bankruptcy even after a ween interrupted the meeting with the trustee, but he almost had a nervous breakdown on stream when Nigel's doxing came up.

Good point. Though we never had the fiunal paperwork here so maybe this is still in the works. Imagine him getting a nice big fat invoice on his birthday next year. Now THAt would induce an epic salty rant for months.

Nope Midfirst did some lawyer magic and the condo was not part of the bankruptcy.
With the money he is making he has around $5K left each month after paying ALL his expenses and costs of living, so he could have payed this a long time ago, but you know Gin, DD and gatcha.

MidFirst has filed a motion for a few thousand in court and attorney's fees and it appears that the judge has granted it. What they haven't requested, and what all of us are eager to see, is a motion or standalone suit for Phil to pay the deficiency (the value of the mortgage less the proceeds from the sale) . The property has appreciated since the trial started so if it sold today for the Zillow price and MidFirst sued for the deficiency they would be entitled to about $12,000.

The other issue is that even a real lawyer in the foreclosure thread was unable to figure out whether Phil can be held liable for the deficiency based on the weird timing and MidFirst's successful motion to lift the bankruptcy stay followed by not actually moving ahead with the foreclosure.
