She will still be EN Vsinger the only difference is that Azki was stuck with the INNK branch but now that it die she is a full Hololive and pass to be JP Vsinger, is more of a formality (and a big fuck you to up8 ), Irys was never INNK she was full Hololive from the get go

I think IRyS is already in Hololive as oppose to AZKi who is not in Hololive

Since I'm now on the topic of "useless hololive lore that nobody cares about," Omegaα's tweet about "matters, that you all may discover soon" has been discussed here, of course, but I don't think it's been pointed out that Omegaα's birthday, Dec 32nd, (or, rather, the days before and after said fictional date) is obviously happening very soon. Debut, perhaps?

The complete explanation is that INNK was a joint venture between Cover and Upd8, it was created to support singers like Suisei and Azki, after Upd8 shit the bed and Suisei was transferred, INNK was just the management staff for Azki things, now that cover is big enough and upd8 is fucking irrelevant they have outlive their uses and now she will be a full Hololive member now managed by Cover and not INNK

For us it doesnt change anything, for her is only a change on her managers

It will probably result in much less concert and music production from her without special backing, but will also means that it will be much easier to market her. Hopefully someone will reach out and drag her into big collabs. Less time on background music production might mean more time to stream too, hopefully. We'll see if will dedicate the freetime on AZKi, or will she use it on her Vtuber roommate account. Or will she do the Ayame.

New management means she can do more of what she wants and less of what she doesn't want.

So that's why she's been silent these past few months. I really hope this will make AZKi blew up just like Suisei did back then

AZKi has always been kind of an outsider. Left out of a lot of events that everyone else participates in. IRyS doesn't seem to have that problem. She's basically just another EN member, albeit one without genmates. Not sure how much differences there are behind the scenes that we don't see, so maybe she'll be moved around, but I'm not sure that much would change for IRyS.

We won't ever know the detail, but the frog man mention that he feel he's the bottleneck of her activity, and that her transition going to involved quite a bit of work that it can't be done with a snap. With how AZKi project is part of the now defunct Upd8, there were probably a lot of Japanese bureaucratic bullshit stopping her from working and collabing with Hololive. Frog man also mention that her activity will probably change a lot from before next year.
