Time for another jump into the rabbit hole that will make us question all our beliefs and if God has truly abandoned us.
It appears that the amount of trans-masculine people having babies has increased in the last few years from few enough to have TLC documentaries highlighting that it was even possible to activists and multiple IG/TikTok user accounts having done it. There is nothing odder then seeing a masculine body pregnant and it bears into question if they ever were transgender to begin with if they wish to look and be masculine, yet carry a child. It does seem though that majority of them automatically refuse to gender their children and may lead to a new wave of very confused millennials.
It appears that HRT does not always cause infertility when stopped as is shown in the accounts presented here. Exogenous testosterone though will cause developmental issues with a fetus. The most common issues it cause is defects to female fetuses where the the urethra and vaginal opening merge into one opening. Depending on severity this defect can in its most severe form fuse the bladder and vagina into what appears to be one organ. Stopping testosterone allows within six months for some people to become fertile again, but they are still deemed high risk pregnancies. It also appears that it is quite common in top surgery for FTM to have their nipples removed with the breasts.

Medically they also state that they have to resort to DIY pre-natal care since they cannot find supportive gynecologists. They find that doctors don't understand that being pregnant makes them "dysphoric" because their appearance changes to be more feminine. This circle of thinking never hits the endpoint it should that it is obvious that their gender is not what the issue is. It is stated this can lead to self-induced abortions or suicide. Doctors should also allow the person to have delivery in their own chosen method, vaginal or c-section, since their gender dysphoria may be triggered if it is not done their preferred way.
They complain about discrimination and that the systems set up for pregnancy are anti-male. Completely, missing the point that they are genetically female and that is the only reason they can give birth. They complain also that society condemns them for their actions stating that it is unnatural. Also, that doctors dues to trans-phobic beliefs do not treat them right since pregnancy is seen only as a female experience. They are also found to have higher rates of suicide and post-partum depression.
Transmasculine and non-binary parents tend to go towards midwifes and home-births since they feel that the majority healthcare systems are discriminatory and trans-phobic.
Breastfeeding has been renamed to chest-feeding or body-feeding and even after chest reconstruction some are able to lactate and feed their child.
Non-binary parents may choose whether to be called "mom" or "dad", or to use their own special terminology. Some go so far as to believe that we should use the term "Birth Person":

They advise to use a service called Plume to get their hormones, etc. due to it being a subscription service that does not require regular doctor appointments with non-affirming doctors. For $99 a month (not including cost of prescriptions) they will send HRT drugs to people. This service for a fee of $150 will also provide letters to support surgery allowing people to skip what used to be a required year long therapy course prior to surgery. They also will immediately prescribe HRT after one short phone call appointment. This archived thread pretty much confirms that you call and boom get HRT meds, though it seems at times they just stop responding to people once they are paying. It also is interesting to note that insurances won't pay for this due to the subscription based model. They also admit that they are for profit organization that pays brand ambassadors to recruit others.

This posts by one user who stated he was 19, but she sounds much younger. Lives with mother and constantly complains about her. It is abuse that her mother wants to buy her a onesie that says "Mommy" on it because she and the other users believe that. She also believes that type of onesie sexualizes children. They of course offer to brainstorm ways he can get away from his Mother. As well as supporting their belief that calling her Mommy, Mama or Mom is the highest transphobic abuse that could happen. She also wants the father to financially support her and her baby, but she does not want him to be a part of their life. She says he was abusive, but she's proven to be quite good at exaggeration. He moved onto regular pregnancy threads and shit before finally disappearing after the baby was born, probably to a new account.

This is the person that introduced me to this rabbit hole. He is a suicidal, sober now (by his own admittance hes been trying 10 years to stay sober) home water-birth trans-masculine person. Like the others he demands money as well this time wanting donations via paypal/venmo. Though he is the first one I've seen on Cameo.

Thomas Beatie
What he is really known for is his legal battle to get a divorce from his wife of 10 years and then turned around and married their children's daycare person.
Thomas married stating he was male back in 2003 except he hadn't had bottom surgery and went on to have children in 2008, 2009, and 2010. His wife was unable to due to having a hysterectomy. He then decided to have a penis made and to also legally separate from his wife in 2012. His wife responded by converting this into a divorce. This lead to him gaining temporary sole custody, her getting supervised visitation, and him having to pay alimony.
An issue came up though technically in 2003 gay marriage was not allowed and since he had given birth to the children and thus was listed female on their birth certificates the marriage was not legal to begin with and his children were illegitimate. He got an LGBT lawyer that fought that him being male nullifying the marriage was equivalent to requiring a woman to get sterilized. He had his own SRS surgeon be expert witness that he always was a male and that since he was psychologically male all along that trumped him having a vagina and giving birth through it to three children.
It appears that Thomas had known this could be an issue since he and his wife had adopted their own children to put her as mother and him as father even though he gave birth to them. The court ruled they could not grant a divorce since it had never been a legal marriage, but that since they had adopted the children they had 50/50 custody rights over them. This lead to Thomas now having to pay his wife child support and since the marriage was invalid there was no alimony to be paid. In 2014 they changed their mind with all the new laws in place and allowed them to divorce. He them married the daycare person and she birthed his 4th child.

This one states he is a lawyer and that he works as an attorney for Netflix in Labor Relations. He has a media kit they offer to companies. He also comments about people fetishing MPREG.
His relationship with his family appears to be not doing well nor does his ideas about the media's treatment of him (Though sending a story to the Sun a known tabloid is quite entertaining). He has an article here he flips out that he was referred to as mom after giving birth.

He has given birth to two daughters, Azaelia and Jurnee and seems to make his work as an influencer and lecturer on trans issues. It currently came about that he possible had other children that he has left with the fathers. At the very least his older has been left to live with her father instead of Kayden.
He refers to himself as "Papa Seahorse" since male seahorses carry the young. He attempted to make a brand out of this to sell items, but it did not appear to last long and the website is now defunct.
He puts out many paid "courses" which are just slides that he wants people to pay anywhere from about $25 to $150 to see:

He makes quite a lot of "educational slide shows" to prove his points on whatever issue is on his mind.
He is really against "white cis gender people" and them teaching anything about inclusion, racism, equity or diversity.
He takes this further to state that every single person is indoctrinated to be anti-black:
He is very active in attempting to get others to think about trans-masculine pregnancy and has a gofundme because any negative response to him he seeks to litigate. BTW, in NJ where he was Legal Aid is a free service for those with low or no income so he was not going to need ot pay for it at all.
He sent people to spam a person's employer when they upset him to get her fired:
The negative response he ended up getting was due to plastering his children's entire life on social media and secondary to that the trans-masculine pregnacy itself. He blames a senator for it, but the posts show that its not just her having issues with it.
Some people have called him aggressive at times and he states this is racist and anti-black that he was only being black not being aggressive.
In a trans-masculine pregnancy crossover it appears he is the reason that another person in this list Trystan Reese shut his accounts down or go them suspended. He got upset by Trystan's reaction to male rapper, Lil Nas X, pretending he was pregnant and going through labor.

He states that since he is a trans-masculine black man that all his posts should be paid for and almost every post ends in a slide with his venmo, paypal, etc. He is constantly attempting to grift money for litigation, then to get his "courses" approved for CME, then suddenly he has cancer, then writing a book, etc.
He also believes Instagram is also always after him and randomly shadowbans him and blocks his hashtags. He will post full nude photos of him with a small thing blocking his genitals.
