Important to note, that most "real" porn games always delve into one or all categories of weird and disgusting. And most always share a lot of characteristics that almost makes it look like most people that makes them follows the same template.

Because there's been some controversy over their latest game's multiplayer mode with its gacha system and plans for a season pass (whereas the previous version of the game was apparently just a single-player sex gallery). They allegedly banned even long-time supporters from their Discord for criticizing them, turning it into something of an echo chamber.

The 'controversial' content involves a monster that looks like a horse and a woman that is/looks like a loli, btw, They plan on releasing the game on Steam, so they were forced to make her taller.

The Discord itself is apparently a disorganized mess. One of the support staff, a volunteer, complained about people complaining about microtransactions being in the game and how the game totally wouldn't have them.

Even though Helius themselves said that there would be microtransactions nearly a week prior:

"Behave or you'll get banned."

Considering that most members of the team are apparently asian, I don't know if I should laugh at Helius for the backlash they're getting or at the patrons who are shocked that Helius would monetize their game like this.

Holy shit, very good job. I don't have anything drama worthy, just overall general feelings of disgust in different varieties and weird shit that devs push into their games (like in the case of Spooky Milk Life or Melty's Quest). But this is some serious gold dust. And most of the devs are japs? Weird... They don't tend to have the weird sense of entitlement and dumbfuckery most western devs usually have, which makes me really suspicious.

I dabbled in the world of porn games and its basically tranny janny hell.
From people who believe that "AHH YES DP ME" is good dialogue to the supah expetuh coders who basically use elseif as if it was parsley in a risotto.

Basically only either the ambitious or the worst dregs become porn game devs with f95zone being very egregious in how shit its community is,

One particularly funny example was a janny simulator that got nothing but praise, high score and good reviews despite being a shitty 2d art janny simulator with zero compelling nudity involved (my pet theory is it was made by one of the actual site jannies.)

There aren't really any inherent issues with elseif when you're just making an interactive novel.

The biggest problem I have with F95 is that almost every western game features incest(and not even the mild "what are you doing stepbro" kind). Based Patreon usually forces developers to remove direct mentions of incest, but most developers just change character titles and a few lines of dialogue so the intent is still painfully clear.
