I can understand, and actually support, nationalising utilities and transportation because there can only really be one company that provides a house with water or one company that runs a specififc rail network, and ensuring that company's the state prevents consumers from being ripped off.

There's no real digging that needs doing. He's a Unitarian Universalist pastor (basically an atheist with extra steps) and he doesn't really do anything beyond talking about how Jesus is, like, love and peace and so you need to vote blue no matter who. He's not really that interesting and his shtick gets old pretty quickly.

Part of me would one like to see a thread on Unitarian/universalists and woke "church" one day. I'm sure it would be funny or at least give un interesting conversations on theology. The velocity of money COULD work with local businesses in mind, not individual purchases of goods and services. If that $10 went directly into a tip jar, then I could see the logic. They're not accounting for expenses AFTER the services has been provided.
