I've made something that looked similar but instead was a filet with a pan sauce of onions, mushrooms and marsala wine. It was amazing. However, I'm not sure what crimes those poor little cauliflower bunches did to be treated like that and burned/overcooked/turned grey. The tomato rose and pathetic piece of parsley just made this look sad. Also, when he pulled the meat apart with his fingers
it was nauseating, rather than making me want to try the dish. The tenderloin looked to have been pounded within a millimeter of its poor life and looked dry in the closeup, but the vegetables cased inside looked overdone and mushy. Of all the directions that a stuffed tenderloin could have gone in, I am left going: WHY?!0/10
Would not tryETA - 2nd Video - As a Gulf Coaster, I am offended at the state of those shrimp. I can't watch it more than once in order to review because that one was completely nauseating. Whatever that shit was he drank...I'm guessing like V8? So many crimes against food in that one.

Perhaps this is to try and encourage the many VIBs that have been saying they are cancelling to resub? I have no idea when the VIBs renew but there has been alot of talk of people unsubbing. We are talking about people who are autistic enough to sub to Chantal so they might take the bait
Then again this also assumes Chantal has any capacity to think ahead. Or that the VIBs actually followed through with their threats
