I'm not fully caught up with the thread but the page I was on was shitting on gay men for not being into trans men/women.

My gay buddy was sex trafficked as a kid because his dad was not only homophobic but a terrible pervert. His straight brother, while abused, was never forced to do sex acts for the dads friends and was unaware of it happening until a year or two on.

As such, gay buddy was terrified as an adult of people knowing he was gay due to that traumatic childhood. It took him until his lage 20s until he could even masturbate let alone date.

Hes a very attractive guy and lives in a very "progressive" city with a large trans population. And he's been hit on lots by trans people he'd love to be friends with, but has no attraction to. And because of his desire to love and treat everyone as equals, he's been shit on for not fucking trans people.

Even though he's recently become open about his experiences being sex trafficked, he's been attacked by the woke crowd for expressing that he has no desire to be with anyone except a biological male who still identifies as male.

Prime example of some of these people making someone's experiences and desires, no matter how tragic, all about themselves.

No wonder so many of them end up committing an hero; imagine the constant stress of having to second-guess every single thing you say. How the fuck do you survive in a community where you never know what it'll be today that sets off the crazy dude in a dress and makes him 'want to hurt you'.

Worse still that she blames herself --worse still that her community tries to justify the dude's behaviour-- instead of telling the troon to fuck off, but I guess if you're at the stage of chopping your tits off and growing chest hair it's a bit late for common sense to take hold.

Going to sperg here - This was a real experimental-ish phalloplasty technique in the 90s. Designed mostly for guys who'd had their equipment blown off by a landmine or the like, basically it involved taking the bones from the second-to-last toe up to about halfway up the foot (I think all the metatastasls in that digit) and the attached ligaments. Then the ligaments would be connected to the suspensory ligament and the various other ones that support the penis, the nerve would be hooked into the pelvic nerve, a vein would be grafted from somewhere else, and the skin to wrap it would usually be taken from a 'tummy tuck'. Result - You've got a baculum, your dick is prehensile, and you "get hard" by tensing the muscle that pulls on the ligament, but it's more dick than no dick.

I think it sums up Mike Judge (and his writers' room) that they knew enough about a broad enough breadth of subjects to be able to get such a throwaway line accurate and still funny at once.

I don't think most HSTS 'pass' though. I just think that with the help of facetune and snapchat filters they get away with it a bit better in photos. A lot of these filters make skin smoother, lips fuller, eyes bigger, chin narrower etc.

Also the Kardashians popularized women wearing full drag at all times (weaves, contour etc.) and average Janes getting fillers, lip injections, botox etc. so the waters have been muddied a bit
