Do people with misdemeanor charges get placed on sex offender registries in Virginia? That sounds inaccurate but my knowledge is limited. From what I've seen the only charges that require you to register under Megan's Law are felonies

I don't know and I'm not a legal expert- but from what I understand even pissing in public can get you on the Sex Offender Registry under indecent exposure or public urination charges due to the different "layers" of the registry. Of course, most people hear the term "sex offender" and their minds just straight to "kid diddler" or "rapist", which has drawn alot of criticism from certain people seeking criminal justice reform in the US. The book that Chaggot's Dad wrote about him says he was facing public urination charges at one point in Maine or somewhere else in New England that would have required him to register as a SO if found guilty.

Because he's not showing up on the registry (and if he was a SO someone would have undoubtedly found out by now), I have to say he's not a sex offender... at least,, not *yet*. Hm. Public urination alone typically can't place you on a SO list. I think this meme entered the public consciousness through Hollywood and anecdotal stories. The movie Bad Bosses is an example off the top of my head. I knew a guy who claimed this BS story until someone pulled the records and discovered he was legit flashing kids.

That's a damn shame- I was kind of hoping Ralph would have to register as a SO and try to cope endlessly on streams and social media whenever people pressed him about it. I would say I hope he goes to jail then but given the fact that it was proven through his jcaesar account that he exclusively watches interracial blacked porn I'm afraid he'll be like a kid in a candy store.

I know you used to be able to go to www.ethanralph.com and find an archive of every single action he did with his jcaesar PornHub account or something (which videos he liked, favorited, etc. as well as his full dox) but from what I can tell going there nowadays runs the risk of malware. Always buy the domains rights to your legal name, friends...

I agree with that when it comes to on-site posting. It's nice to be able to come here and know what you're reading is true and honest instead of having to second guess everything. That's very rare on the Internet.

its not a meme if he can post his license to prove something as petty and meaningless as not needing a driver off cam to cart him, and ive proven to him we already know the expiration date with the info he provided unless hes on the so registry, and he refuses to simply show us the info we already have if hes not on the so registry than what am i to think? am i just to assume that ralph magically just feels like this one accusation is something he doesnt have to disprove? the guy went on to rant about his shirt had minute differences from a shirt wore by an internet funny meme man.
