SCOTX does. So conceivably, you could file for a writ from the Supreme Court of Texas itself ordering them to come to a decision. This exists. It is, or was, called a writ of procedendo. In reality, this never happens.

I miss prerogative writs.
That sounds like a good way to force the court to come to a decision that you're not going to like.
I clipped this as well but am not very experienced with the process. What settings did you use to get a reasonable file size while retaining the overall quality? What should I be saving stuff like this as? (open to anyone that knows)
Apart from knowing how to change the settings of whatever software you're using to record the clip, I'd say to just get ffmpeg. The learning curve is a little steep since it's command-line and there are no pretty buttons, but it sets the bar for crunching a video. Your most basic conversion is going to be something like this:
ffmpeg -i source.mp4 -c:v libx264 -crf 23 -c:a aac -b:a 128k -movflags +faststart output.mp4
Replace parameters as needed. Higher CRF = lower quality (higher compression), or you can use -b:v to specify a video bitrate instead. If your output isn't a MP4 file, leave out -movflags +faststart. A more in-depth coverage of ffmpeg's H.264 encoding settings can be found here.

If you want to check the quality/size to see if it's going to be acceptable, the easiest way is to just start the conversion and then hit 'Q' to abort processing once you've got enough of a representative sample.

Yes. Gura even uses "stinky" as a tongue-in-cheek insult now.
Guess where that came from?
Lol, I didn't actually know that. Very funny. 😂

Wait did Venti really try to take on Gawr Gura and her shrimp army? Venti truly is exceptional.
Yes, she did. Called all Gawr Gura fans pedos & ended up losing like 10,000 subs. In the same time, Gawr gained over 2 million. Venti also calls all anime fans pedos. She's a lolcow.

Is this Barnes thing just a Boomer acting Boomer, or is this like a weird hot take?

Barnes seems like a political gambler. He takes credit for the long-shots and downplays the ones that do not play out.
