I got pharmaceutical one from Internet pharmacies. But customs in the US started seizing that stuff, so it's a bit of a gamble, and takes long to deliver, due to the global logistics having a giant backlog. There are also domestic research chemical vendors, but the purity may be a bit lower than pharma stuff. Also, they keep finding more and more stuff that reduces hospitalization. Fluvoxamine, aspirin, CBD, etc. Like others said, most likely it'll just be like a cold. You could grab some of those multi-symptom cold meds, maybe some with aspirin.
