Dryfire go spinny!!! And slow. He can't decide if icoseles or weaver is the way to go with his elbows the cowboy batman costume constrains his movement. Hopefully he is at least aiming at something with each pose. Better dryfire practice would ditch the spinning larp put up a target and focus on the basics, a good draw, consistent stance, perfect sight picture and trigger control. He is going slow enough where he might be getting a good sight picture and possibly not teaching himself bad trigger control.

It is unloaded (he is racking the slide before every reholster to reset the trigger). But if that was me. There would be no live magazines anywhere nearby the door would be locked. Guns are to be treated as if always loaded so ideally I'd be dryfiring at a wall deemed safe if a round were to go through. I could stretch practice to include realistic lines of fire for my home but at that point a lasergun like the SIRT by nextleveltraining or an airsoft understudy might become way preferable.

Yeah, I don't understand who he's talking about in this at all. Unless he is using a very, uh, liberal definition of the word "survived", his "father" would have to be like, 100 years old to have been alive during the Armenian genocide.

If I have this all correct, Penny's biological grandfather and his second wife Anahid (so not his father's mother) adopted him. Anahid is Armenian, and her parents survived the genocide. (She seems to have had a successful career in tech and later worked to collect stories of Armenian genocide survivors, which included her parents. Very sad she went out of her way to raise Penny and he wound up being so retarded. I gathered this from posts in Kevin's thread here and here, so if I'm wrong, then please ignore me.)

Now, I fully understand having family members who went through this sort of thing. And even if he's not biologically Armenian, he was raised by someone who was, and by all accounts, she was very into Armenian history, so maybe she did talk to Penny and Penny's kids about it a lot. And sure, that type of thing will be in the back of your mind, as a part of your family history. But for Penny to imply that his kids are affected by it in a significant way doesn't jive, and it stinks of using it as a source of victim points and to make him appear as some kind of authority on what it's like to be persecuted.
