and lived in the lap of luxury had his mother not pushed him to become a TrUe & HoNeSt GiRl and helped build this world of delusion surrounding him, with people like his brothers running around telling their friend in episode 1 that "hey bigot, our brosis has a GiRlBrAiN, heshe is a MA'AM!".

just enough at the end of the day, and had he kept his weiner, he would have been better off.
Instead, on top of the post-high school weight gain probably 90%+ of kids experience, which his feminine look could have survived, the kid is drugged to the nines which brings about all of the issues being on pills brings about, only exacerbated the weight gain. He can't have kids, can't experience sexual pleasure, is scarred both mentally and physically, can't build meaningful relationships, is on a watchlist being overseen by Butter Cop, is depressed from the onslaught of issues he's had since he was a toddler that weren't addressed, is nothing but a perpetual poster child and pawn used for other people's gain, etc. It isn't all about the money but this kids life should be way different than what it is, and all because of his "progressive" family and narc mother, and the degradation of traditional values, which is a whole other discussion.
Holy shit that made me MOTI writing this towards the end. This kid deserved better, man. It all just fucking makes me sick.
