Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

my pet theory is that he doesn't live in the WH since every communication is recorded and subject to FOIA

Judicial Watch getting thousands of "lets re-record the tape, he keeps falling asleep" would be hilarious

That's a funny thought but I'd bet it's something worse than that. I'm guessing comparing a list of people buying Hunter Biden's paintings for $500k a pop and people getting on the phone with Biden would have a considerable overlap

January 6th will be still harped on when us Zoomers are Biden's age, mark my words.

They'll have completely substituted reality with their own mythos by then. Jan 6th will be the day gamergate, led by Trump, committed the rape of nanquinn and Jussie Smollett was murdered by Kyle Rittenhouse

Nothing to forget, no matter how much they'd -want- to, Democrats cannot in fact force someone to stay in their shithole state.
Wasn't California trying to enact a tax for anyone who moved out of the state?

Edit: Yeah. https://moskowitzllp.com/californias-exit-tax-explained/

When the constitution is whatever five unelected grad school boomers say it is; that's little comfort.
But the important thing is that it is also unenforceable. Meaning it lacks any legal bite -and- any way to use it. What most people don't realize is that the IRS doesn't give two -fucks- about State Taxes. Each state has their own tax service modeled after the IRS, with none of its powers. The state tax services authority ends at their borders.

Is it just me, or is Aaron Rodgers a budding lolcow?
That I dont know but bill palmer is one from the tweets I gathered but prepare for the digital shit storm tommorrow on Twitter i got one contester for bad take it’s majid padellan or Pam Keith they compared the riot to 9/11 I’m already suspecting they are going to do it again tommorrow

Perhaps, but how much do you think they intend to leverage their perceived centrality - Sure, you left California, but what about your investments, the businesses you work with. Attempt to argue that its justified because your wealth is partially tied up in organizations with a presence in California via investments, or if you have an account with any banking institutions that have branches in the state.

It'll be a legal clusterfuck with anything from above, but I don't doubt for a second that they will genuinely try. They'd rather burn down the state than lose their power over the wealthy.

The majority of people moving out of California are either lower or lower-middle classes.

So what investments? No, seriously. If you are wealthy enough investments are a serious concern you both do not make up a significant portion of those moving out -and- you probably have the resources to get through that just fine anyway.

That's why I think the bank one will be just a big of an avenue - the poor don't usually go through local credit unions, they're with nationwide institutions. I don't think those organizations would put their neck out to protect poor people, they'll just get a california court order to start fucking with the account and say "yea alright".

Regardless, with the mention of the distribution of who is leaving - Glad to see California is continuing their tradition of fucking with the lower class and blaming the upper class for it. Even as it bleeds them, they'll keep stabbing.

When Joe was Zoom calling with farmers from the White House puppeteering studio the other day they had him floating around a pasture full of moo cows like he was Joe the Farm Drone.

It's so fucking weird. Who thinks this is a good idea?

If his wranglers are trying to make the senile man look completely lost and wandering aimlessly, they're doing a marvelous job of it.
"Biden holds virtual rally in Georgia for thousands of Civil War veterans who voted for him."

Why would officials be publically backing protesters in Kazakhstan anyways? They're up in arms because they're tired of the strongman dictator who's ruled them since communism ended, sure, but that's run of the mill for Central Asia. Hardly worth US officials commenting much on, I'd think. I loathe people who see anything occur worldwide and scream "CIA!!" but this seems just a tiny bit incandescent. Like an old uranium watch.

Posting on KF get you on the watchlists of so many different countries that they cancel each other out.
I post on KF and I enjoy listening to Irish rebel songs.

If I'm not on Bongland's terrorism watchlist for that alone, I have to wonder what MI5 are doing with my money.
They might also have the Praetorian Guard at the Capitol tomorrow, so I don't think Q spazzes will be trying anything.
That'll stop the average Q tard trying to successfully reenact Jan 6th.

The important word there is "successfully". You know as well as I do that it only takes one idiot with an AR-15 for them to cry "insurrection".

At least they aren't out to promote trannies or wokeshit. And we get to enjoy libtard seething for two years.

And really that's the best one can hope for until the leadership changes.
i expect the true liberty and constitution loving rinos to do just that if the gop wins congress. "Only democrats implement policies against people they don't like, we conservatives are compassionate and will not abuse our power, everyone deserves to love and be loved" - dan crenshaw probably

I can speak to this. Back in the mid 00s we had a national real estate bubble.

I knew a nice south Africa Zulu lady who saw her 100k house become 300k she cashed out moved to Philly. She was a physical therapist.

Had some investments still worked, did all right.

Then the bubble popped now 16 years later the houses in that shit hole city are above 300k again and I know family's that have cashed out to become renters.

There are again people who will cash out and move to Nevada especially if they ve retired yaay no income tax.

I personally view real estate in California as a ponzi. You keep needing a bigger fool to hold the bag. But look at idaho you can get California's cashing out thier house moving there over paying for a house and then taking a job. This pisses the locals off big time.

I've never seen a housing market as insane as LAs. It seems you have to get about 3 hours out of the city centre to find anything remotely affordable.
