Realistically? Hard to tell just yet, a lot of effects such as cancer are delayed or cumulative, developing only after a few months or several injections. Every injection increases the odds of developing an autoimmune condition, cancer, or other issues such as myocarditis or brain fog. Myocarditis rates with mRNA vaccines was around 1 in 1000 for younger males (18-40), so not great. Not sure what the odds are for the other conditions although from personal anecdotal data, autoimmune conditions are becoming more common. Plus there may be unforeseen interactions with other medications, environmental factors, etc. Oh yeah and women have a whole different horrific set of side effects to deal with, from month-long periods to 90-year-old women starting to have periods again.

Obviously I'm hoping this is all mild and manageable, but who knows. Not looking forward to a future where the 30% of the unvaccinated population now has to take care of the other 70% who are gravely ill and can't function.
