I do agree that Jack was shilling to the right wing because he alienated or fucked up business contacts in the lefty and centrists types in DC with his bad real estate deals.
I mean think of how many people he must of fucked over if he even grifted his own father for $200k and dad had to sue him to get any repayments. (Also I read the docs. John has barely paid back any money to dear dad. The deal was $400 a month and then supposedly a balloon payment on 130,000k in 2030. I think dad knew he’d never get most of his money back, but at least wanted to make John do token payments to show an iota of responsibility.)
I’m sure the new right wing crowd that was riding into town on Trump’s victory seemed like the perfect fresh meat and new guys in town to prey upon and network with. He already was hanging with opportunistic shysters bilking govt money out of the charter school system. They may have thrown him under the bus once he endangered their gravy train but probably were willing to help him out with contacts to promote his BS to get him to stfu about what he knew about the charter school grift.
How can a woman who worked at a hair salon not have female friends to talk to about girl stuff? She might be insufferable or John must have done a great job of isolating her and making himself, porn and politics the focus of her entire life to the point 15 minutes of casual convo with that loud braying horse Chrissie was refreshing.
