At this time, low. Just enough to make Moderate Dems have trouble bargaining. The problem is they're the ones with the stormtrooper BLM and Antifa types and the gateway to college age voters, so they have growth potential. Moderate Dems are built out of older white people afraid of BLM and Antifa. They have the money to stay in charge, but their leadership is ancient.

It's a minority of the party but represents the overwhelming majority of the youth vote. These are the people that the jobber Bernie Sanders campaign tricked into shilling for Biden when he became the nominee. Without them, the Democrats lose handily everywhere.
