I don't know if aqua can win it all tbh. Suisei improve while aqua is stuck doing her idol reps. Towa and okayu will challenge those 2 imo.
 
Could someone explain why Waluigi is so good? Also, how high does one have to finish to qualify for the next round?

I'd say probably not. HoloX's outfits don't seem to line up with theirs either and ID2 have them on as well.

Better chance that in preparation for this event coming Towa commissioned the chibis made and any girls without a canon outfit had one invented for them (HoloX included as at the time of commissioning they likely hadn't revealed theirs)

Other things to note in that regard is some of the finer details don't line up with the silhouettes (an easy example being Calli's wearing her default outfit Tiara/crown)

This is noticeable as well on Chloe as her chibi has her default outfits ribbon in her hair.

Nolan, you are just a gem here. And I am not even being facetious, we need a perpetually optimistic voice like yours. . . especially because when you call someone a faggot on here I know there is a fucing problem (see the 10 page slap fight a bit ago over. . .I can't even say). But, what I want to ask is. . . does anyone have a link to a full relay download? I missed most (pretty much all) of it because of life.

I'm throwing my money on Suisei. I bet on her last time, and I have faith again. It's in the eyes. . . you can just see the killer in them. Plus she spends most of her gaming streams in MK against better fans or in Tetris nowadays outside of collabs.
