The stats are real, they're just misleading. Trump's average is low because we laid off like 50 million people during lockdown in spring 2020 and that outlier is going to fuck with whatever (obviously higher) baseline he had in job creation when the market was at its peak pre-COVID. Biden's are high because he came in office well into re-opening and vaccine availability so more jobs could be created faster now that the government had found some medium ground that convinced them to allow business to remain open.
And Obama's are so anemic because he came in office after an actual bubble had burst (vs government-forced shutdowns), promptly bailed out the people responsible for said bubble, and frittered whatever political capital he had left on a separate handout to the healthcare insurance industry instead of prioritizing job-creating legislation.
EDIT: Also Dubya's are so awful because he had not one, but two recession-related mass layoffs in his term in office. The Dotcom bust and the 2008 crash during election season, when he was a lame duck but not out yet.

If you look at this in another light; Biden created 650,000 jobs at the expense of the economy - resulting in the highest inflation rate in ages. With 650,000 more people in the workforce, COVID spread quicker than it ever has (1 million recorded cases), resulting in the highest fatality rate of the pandemic. Those extra 650,000 people flooding back to work hit the already struggling supply chain hard, causing a shortage in fuel and a hike in prices.

It figuratively pains me to say anything positive about the Frogs, but their protest/revolutionary culture isn't NEARLY as much of a puppet for establishment interests as the United States' is. They were able to work with the anti-fuel tax guys in class-based protests. They have a much harder time being derailed by identity politics infighting.
At this point I suspect it's because France has a much longer, established revolutionary infrastructure than the US, where half of self-identifying anarchists/commies subscribe to some crazy fully automated luxury consoomer space communism instead of just beating on industrialists and hating anyone in a suit like it's 1890.
